Staying is definitely great, I really enjoy the hotel, the staff, and the room. I have issues in the restaurant below 2F that people are smoking; which makes all of our clothes smells of smoke. Not sure if it is in the boundary of your scope but its clearly written that its non-smoking inside the restaurant.

Spend one night in this hotel and another night at Shangri-la. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Gym area is a bit small. Breakfast choice is relatively limited compare to Shanghai la. Overall is ok.

The facilities and amenities are well maintained. It was a comfortable stay but the room was too warm and the morning sun glared on to the entire bed. Will choose this hotel again but not the room.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Pullman in Suzhou! The hotel’s location is unbeatable – it's right in the heart of Suzhou, within easy walking distance to the museum and other popular attractions, and also conveniently close to the Suzhou Industrial Park high-speed railway station. The staff went above and beyond by offering a complimentary suite upgrade, which made my stay even more special. The suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and had every amenity I could ask for. The level of service, combined with the fantastic location, truly made my visit to Suzhou unforgettable. I highly recommend Pullman for anyone visiting this beautiful city!
