Overall it's good, comfortable room. However, I tried to apply for Executive Lounge but failed. I have to stay in SZ for roughly a month during working days, before I wish to book the same hotel for the whole month. now I changed my idea.

Reception is so nice, lounge is not open so I've got 2 dishes in the bar, and I've got a free mini bar. It's great. Room is upgraded to suite. thanks. The only point is there's hair on bathtub.

Hotel services were top notch, the concierge Rachel Huang was in great help arranging my accommodations including preparing my high tea party in room. Food quality in LiuYuan Restaurant was also satisfied.

Facilities is very good ,and service good,especially Housekeeping staff ,and Fo staff.

Both the front office ,reservation staff and housekeeping are very professional.The concierge service is very good. A fly in the ointment I send to two email to duty manager Sally Zheng, no any reply and didn't follow up our request.

Great service, location and overall experience. Two areas in which the experience could have been better: cleaning after construction has not been thorough. My room still had traces of construction materials (paint, cement, etc.) here and there. More seriously, there was a technical problem in my bathroom (ventilation or water leak inside the wall, which made it smell bad. I was offered a new room, but I decided to stay just to avoid the hassle. This is an engineering issue you should analyze carefully. My room number was 2325

I usually stay at Pullman for business, but this experience was not up to the usual standard. I had previously paid online and received confirmation of successful payment & booking. Yet upon arrival at the hotel was told the payment wasn't successful. It was extremely inconvenient making payment at the door in a foreign currency and then having to make further international calls to the bank at my own cost. To this day I am not 100% certain I wasn't double charged. The spa by the pool was not working. The hotel also advertised a hammam which was not present As well as electrochromic? glass in the room which was either not present or not working. The continental breakfast was good.

However, there is steam room and sauna room in male changing room (also steam room in female changing room) at your service. Last but not least, the electrochromic/electric switchable glass was not equipped in every guest room. We are very pleased to schedule you a room with this facility during your next stay. Very good experience -I booked deluxe room. After checking in, Sally in hotel front desk identified my Platinum membership status, and offered a free upgrade. I did not take it but I am very happy about this offer. -Welcome plate (fruit, nuts, cooks etc) is the best When checking in, a lady in front desk did not find my Platinum status in system, and forget to return my passport (returned later). Otherwise I would give score of 10

My stay at the Pullman Suzhou Zhonghui was excellent. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff made you feel at home and ensured you were taken care off. The check out process was easy and fast. The entire team was Excellent!
