The hotel is not only a great hotel with good rooms, it is also exceeding the service level expected. We had the hotel to help with shuttle service from the airport, as we arrived late. The hotel also supported with guiding to visit areas, as we had time left, and helped the best and most economical way to return to the airport. Smiling personal in general, and always doing the outmost to help in case of questions.

It is our second time in this hotel, the first experience was positive as well as the second one. The room was big, clean, comfortable with a lot of light. I regret the pool felt pretty cold (despite its water being measured 28 degrees), and that the breakfast in the morning was pretty messy. There were way too many people, I stayed with my 4-yo daughter and I found it difficult to get things to eat while keeping an eye on our table (once I went together with her to pick fruits, and when we came back someone was already cleaning our table, even if our belongings where on it - that’s not acceptable). The day before, the dinner was overpriced (almost 200 for a bowl of noodles for my daughter and a plate of meat and veggies for me), but it was convenient to be able to stay inside.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is very close to some shopping malls that creates the convenience for guests on options for dining, shopping as well as spa treatments. Our room is extremely spacious and very new. I have chance to do some swimming at the swimming pool too. I think the pool is 20m long and very good for people like me that needs some exercise after all the good foods. Highly recommended who likes to stay in Suzhou.
