Quarantine stay - Excellent staff service

I was assigned Novotel Suzhou SIP for 16 days of Covid-19 close-contact quarantine. Being quarantined is not an enjoyable experience but the hotel staff and management did everything in there power to make my stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible while following the strict government mandated quarantine policy. The staff assisted me in communicating with the CDC medical authorities and my local living community. When there was a misunderstanding about the policy concerning my release, the manager (who spoke excellent English) called me personally to explain the situation. I am especially grateful to one member of the staff: "Summer", who was my main communication liaison. Whenever I had an issue she was very quick to respond and assist me. Despite my stay being under unusual circumstances, the hotel staff's commitment to customer service was still apparent. For this reason, I would certainly recommend Novotel Suzhou SIP to my friends and colleagues once Covid-19 restrictions are lifted and the hotel returns to normal opperation.
