Staff were accommodating and friendly. Only thing I we noticed in the junior suite rm 1007 is the shower. The water didn’t drain so there was a puddle on the shower floor. When it was left overnite, the next morning it produced a bad smell.

Excellent friendly service. Great choice for breakfast. Roof top food very good. Swimming pool upgrade so out of action, however given the hotel across the road to use their facilities. Room cleaning staff were amazing.

When we arrived check in delayed for 1 h We had to call 3 times to get keys fot room 2. Rooms were not cleaned properly floors are very durty and was lots of sand on a floor. No bathrobs in one of the rooms. I have asked on reseption. But they never delivered them. Pillow case was moulded.
