The Novotel was our home for 4 nights in Phuket and was a great experience. Attentive staff, great facilities, and an overall great experience. Room was clean and well maintained through out our trip. Did not have the breakfast, but it did look high quality. The hotel was within 20 minutes of everything to see in Old Town and this made walking or a quick Grab trip both equally as good options. There are great food options right around the corner from the hotel if you opt for Phuket's streetfood scene.

Very nice hotel. Everyone very helpful and friendly. The only thing I think that needed updated was the floors. They were looking a bit worn. Other that a lovely hotel.

Staff were accommodating and friendly. Only thing I we noticed in the junior suite rm 1007 is the shower. The water didn’t drain so there was a puddle on the shower floor. When it was left overnite, the next morning it produced a bad smell.
