Good stay, very glad you had availability for our dog after surgery. But, it's hard to justify the $100 cleaning fee above a standard clean when you left the tags from the previous person's clothes in the cupboard, prime of place.

Due to construction work in front of my house that was going through the night, I made a late night mercy dash to the hotel in the hope of a decent night's sleep. What a great choice this hotel was. Not only were the team wonderful and so helpful at the late hour, but the hotel itself was clean, fresh and quiet. I was so impessed and my thanks to everyone at such a well-run hotel.
