From the first interaction with the lovely staff, the quick and easy check out, this hotel was nothing short of perfect. The room was wonderful and comfortable, the location was excellent, the staff were lovely. Certainly will try come back when possible

The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were shockingly uncomfortable. No underground car parking for easier access with luggage would have been good but that's not a big deal. The beds are just so uncomfortable and hard we probably wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Well located, good stay, room clean, bed comfortable. Rating low because of issues with noisy air conditioner, sleeping was not great. Was offered another room but same issue. Would have been a great stay but for the air conditioner.
