Pullman is such a great hotel - staff were fantasic, suite was fabulous, lounge was lovely and restaurant was great. We had a lovely view of the MCG and Fitzroy Gardens - you could hear the trains a little but it did not bother us at all - if you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue. Suite was comfortable and spacious. Lounge was not staffed during the day but you could use your key card to access and there were plenty of soft drinks, tea, coffee on offer - snacks were limted and could have had a few more choices. Evening drinks and canapes had a great selection. Car parking (for a fee) was super easy. Restaurant had a good menu and food was great, the service from Julia was impeccable anda real highlight! She is an absolute asset to Pullman on the Park.

We stayed at level 19 & have access to Executive lounge, however, the service at the executive lounge is not quite up to satisfaction, choice of snacks not great, afternoon snacks also not so appealing, can be improved, more choices of food is definitely makes guests happier
