i requested an early check-in and late checkout i was told I could have the late checkout and early check in was maybe, but definitely before lunch when I arrived my early check-in turned out to be almost 2pm and I was told I could not have late check out AND once again the boom gate does not let me out of the carpark despite having prepaid parking, and double confirmed my registration is entered correctly
