It’s a lovely clean modern hotel excellent location for the town, also lovely helpful staff. I was facing the road and it got a bit of loud traffic noise. I was also next to the cleaners room that was very noisy in the morning. £10 per night parking is also really expensive for Bridgwater.

Dear Andrew M., Thank you for your kind words regarding our hotel's cleanliness, location, and staff. I appreciate your feedback about the noise disturbances you experienced. We understand that comfort is essential for our guests, and I will take your noise comments into consideration especially those we can directly control such as the noise from the housekeeping team. Regarding the parking fees, we only charge £1 more than some of the hotels that are situated out of town on industrial estates so we feel the £1 additional charge is good value for a town centre car park. Should you visit again and are looking for a more cost effective parking option NCP and the council both run run car parks a few minutes walk from the hotel that are slightly cheaper but please be aware these are not covered by CCTV and are more secluded that the hotel car park.
