Hi Rachel, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. It’s a delight to hear that you found the bed comfortable and had a peaceful sleep, our recent mattress update seems to be doing the trick! Also, glad our street art ambiance gave you a taste of Bristol’s vibrant art scene. I’m sorry to hear that some aspects didn’t meet your expectations. While we aim for a blend of historic grandeur with modern amenities, it seems we’ve missed the mark on room storage and lighting for you. We’ve noted your feedback and always look for ways to enhance our guest experience. Although we don’t offer biscuits and welcome packs as standard, we hope our other amenities, including the free high-speed Wi-Fi and on-site dining, added value to your stay. We hope to see you next time you are in Bristol. All the best, Karl Goebel, General Manager

Hi there, Thanks for sharing your review. It's brilliant to hear you had a comfy stay and that our beds provided the peace you needed right in the hustle and bustle of the city center. We're all about delivering those zzz's without the buzz of the outside world! Now, about the ambience, we aim for a blend of Bristol's historic charm with a dash of modern flair, but it seems we might have missed the mark on the lighting in your room. We're always looking to strike the perfect balance between cozy and bright, so your feedback shines a light on where we can improve. As for the storage, we've tried to maximize space while keeping the historic feel of the building, but we see how a few extra spots to stash your gear could come in handy. Apologies if this caused any inconvenience. And hey, who doesn't love a good biscuit with their cuppa? We'll take your thoughts on board – after all, it's the little things that make a grand experience! We look forward to seeing you again on your next trip to Bristol, Cheers, Karl Goebel, General Manager

Hi there, Thanks for sharing your review. It’s fantastic to hear that you found your room spacious and well-equipped - we do like to make sure you have everything at your fingertips for a comfortable stay! And yes, our beds are quite the crowd-pleasers; nothing beats a huge, clean, and comfy bed after a day of exploring Bristol. We’re sorry to hear about the wear on the soft furnishings. Rest assured, we’re always working to keep everything looking fresh and will certainly look into giving those areas the attention they deserve. I’ll pass on your feedback to our team to ensure our high standards are maintained throughout. It’s great to know that, overall, you enjoyed your stay and found our location ideal for your needs. We’re all about making your experience a memorable one, right in the heart of Bristol. We look forward to seeing you again on your next trip to Bristol, Cheers, Karl Goebel, General Manager

Hello Rachel, Thanks for taking the time to share your review. It's fantastic to hear that you found our staff welcoming and your check-in experience swift – we aim to start your stay on the right note! We're thrilled that your room hit the mark with its cleanliness and amenities, including the ironing set for those quick touch-ups. Our team is buzzing like the bees from our rooftop hive that you enjoyed the complimentary drinks – a little extra to sweeten your stay. The breakfast spread is something we're quite proud of, so knowing it set you up for the day is music to our ears. And yes, our location is a real winner for exploring the city's vibrant scene, with the Hippodrome Theatre and other hotspots just a stone's throw away. We look forward to welcoming you back.
