Great location, clean rooms extremely poor reception, We arrived at 15:23 only to be told our room was not available, housekeeping was still cleaning. Not good enough.

As this was a special weekend away for us it was started off quite disappointing. Paid extra to have a bottle of sparkling wine in our room upon arrival but it wasn’t there. There was also no covering on the duvet and I am unsure if it’s what happens all the time but our “king” bed was just 2 single beds placed together.

Well located. Comfortable room. Great fot accor members. Construction was a bit noisy on Saturday morning. We thought this was only going to be Monday-Friday. However, the room and view were great, and the complimentary bubbles were a nice surprise.

Large modern room with a beautiful view of the bay and foreshore. Stylish, minimalistic decor, blackout curtains, perfect air con, clean and light filled with a balcony. Staff were delightful. Breakfast in the lovely restaurant was fabulous. A wonderful stay in a perfect location between the beach and shopping precinct.
