However, I sincerely apologise for the confusion at check-in and for initially being directed to the wrong room. I also understand how frustrating it would have been to find another vehicle parked in your allocated space once the room issue had been resolved. Room fine and staff excellent But sent to wrong room on check-in and someone else was parked in car park when correct room finally achieved.

Very nice location but entry to the roms can be a bit difficult with big luggage. You have to open one door just to have access to the second door in a very small area.

Everything was very impressive for our second stay at your hotel, however the following left a less than satisfactory impression: 1 - the bedding (sheets) were terrible for a hot sleeper. Evidently a very high polyester content. Cheaper hotels and motels around the country use much more comfortable sheets than this hotel. Our stay there last year in a similar room was much more comfortable than this experience. 2 - the aircon could only be cooled down to 19 deg AND the vent movement was locked in the horizontal position, which is completely useless at cooling the room, given that the unit is located high on the wall. 3 - the bathroom and shower floors are dangerous, as they are extremely slippery when wet. Same as with our previous stay in a different room at your hotel. Everything else was excellent, especially the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. We will likely be back. Thank you!

We returned to mantra for a family break and booked 3 units. I spoke to the receptionist and expected to get rooms with nice, open outlooks and sun. Unfortunately, the units had a very urban outlook. As there was a conference on, there were no vacancies so we were stuck with the rooms. Notwithstanding this, everyone had a great time.

Initial room was on the ground level and not very private. We requested a different room and they were able to accommodate us. The parking was not close to the apartment for both apartments that we had.

It was very disappointing when I booked the room I requested a room with wheelchair access and also rang the hotel the day before to make sure we had full access with the wheelchair but when we got to the hotel we had a room which was on the Ground Floor but no access to the wheelchair which my husband had no access to the bathroom. We were given another room which was fitted for the chair but it was dirty and smell horrible (mould) please see the photos which I have attached.

I am particularly concerned to learn that despite requesting wheelchair-accessible accommodation at the time of booking and then contacting the hotel again prior to arrival, the room initially allocated did not provide suitable access for your husband. This should have been identified and addressed before your arrival, and I understand how frustrating and upsetting this must have been. While I appreciate that our team was able to relocate you to an accessible room, I am disappointed to hear that the replacement accommodation did not meet acceptable standards of cleanliness and that you encountered unpleasant odours and signs of mould. This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and I regret that we fell short of your expectations. Please be assured that I have shared your comments with our Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams for immediate review. We will be investigating both the room allocation process for accessibility requests and the condition of the room you were moved to, to ensure these issues are addressed and do not recur. The location was perfect being close to the beach the supermarket informatica centre and cafes shops etc. and a short drive into the Otways for lush rainforest and walks. The room was well set out with comfortable bed settee and kitchenette. The pool and spa were great

Very comfortable rooms although the heritage section of the resort in which we stayed is looking a little "tired" ie carpets well worn, hand rails on stairs need a sand back and restain. Your restaurant menu is a little limited but there are other plenty of other good eating places close by.
