I recently had my wedding at the Mantra on April 12th, 2025, and it was absolutely incredible. Tyla, our wedding coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect — her dedication, care, and calm professionalism made all the difference. Selena and Nick were also amazing, helping to coordinate everything seamlessly on the day. The bar staff, front desk team, and everyone involved truly went out of their way to support us. We felt so looked after and are so grateful for the effort and warmth shown by the entire team.

Well appointed room and excellent location. Breakfast caters for everyone and it was wonderful seeing families making full use of the tennis courts, croquet, chess/drafts and the swimming pool.

The rooms all differ so much it makes you feel a bit wary when booking. I wish that when booking you could get an indication of where in the property that available rooms are (ie which building and position within the building) so your expectations of what your outlook will be is realistic and that the photos online also reflect the specific room you are booking. I understand the rooms are privately owned and so I just wish that the owners were required to make location and decor aware for that specific apartment.

Disappointing

I know this is overdue but I've decided to do it anyway. I was in the process of booking a Heritage room when I asked about access. Learning there was only stair access I switched to a Resort room. It cost more but fortunately I asked as I couldn't use stairs at the time. It should be mentioned. The room was comfortable with a good shower & bed but there were maintenance & cleanliness issues. The chair's upholstery & the drapes were filthy. When it's windy, the cold air blows through the balcony door opening straight onto the bed. You need to close the drapes , even during the day. PROS On the beach Close to shops Lovely staff Good WiFi Breakfast is good. Staff are lovely CONS No room service until 5pm. You can't even get a coffee until then. $5.00 charge for room service , even for just a coffee & it all arrives in takeaway containers. You pay extra for coffee at breakfast buffet, only Nescafe is provided. No allocated parking, it's first come, best spot. Rooms aren't serviced daily. TV is very outdated. You have to cast your device. Very disappointing for my expectation of a Mantra.
