I did notice that the bathroom was not super clean. Compared to previous stays the bathroom wasn't the same high standard. The floor needs a good bleach.

Comfortable room but unfortunately the were renovations in the apartment next door which were sometimes noisy. This would not have been a problem except that the weather was very wet and we were in the room more than we expected to be.

Great stay- however as we were driving out our car was nearly hit from a mattress being thrown from a level 3 balcony, this could have caused some damage to the car and/or injured the occupant of the car

We have stayed at Mantra Lorne a few times now. Love the location at the end of the main strip which means you can just park & walk anywhere in town. Good onsite facilities, particularly for families. Rooms are getting very tired & worn, they need a revamp. Hate, hate, hate that the venue is cashless. Mantras & Peppers just aren't the same since they were taken over by Accor. Not planning to rush back.

The hotel building itself is very beautiful, but the overall stay was disappointing. The room was infested with flies and flying insects, and I spent over half an hour swatting them. There was also an unpleasant odor in the room, but opening the window for ventilation only let more insects in. Additionally, no slippers were provided, which was inconvenient. I hope the hotel improves its pest control and room ventilation/air quality.

the Mantra Lorne is right in the heart of the small coastal town of Lorne. It is a short walk to all facilities - groceries, restaurants, beach. There is a gate out to the beach and also a pool and large grass area if beach is not your thing. Very child friendly
