We come each year with a group of friends but my husband can’t cope with the bath due to numb legs following a stroke.This year I had asked for a shower and a better bed.We were allocated 104A and it was superb. Our whole group will return next year as we were so happy..

Air conditioning in the conference room was not working and it was uncomfortably hot in the lecture room for the conference. Our room air conditioning also did not work. Despite Silver ALL status when I checked in I was informed that due to the conference booking I did not receive the late checkout or any of the benefits of membership which was disappointing. Having said that, Mantra Lorne is a great venue for a conference and I look forward to coming back next year.

Didn't have a parking spot for the entirety of my stay. Mentally unstable person staying in the adjoining apartment
