Very comfortable stay, excellent breakfast and we ate in he Larder for dinner one night and it was very pleasant

We enjoyed our stay at Mantra Lorne. Staff were wonderful, we had a lovely dinner and happy hour drinks. The jacuzzi was so nice and warm. Our room was upgraded to a garden view and we were given a nice bottle of wine in addition to the two free drinks being Accor Explorer member. Highly recommend the resort.

The stay was lovely, all staff very helpful. Only things is room wasnt clean when we arrived, bread crumbs on the stove, someone's tights in the bedside table, roller doors didnt work. Despite all that we had a lovely time away, and would stay again.

My wife and i always enjoy our stays here at the Mantra Lorne, location is fantastic, the staff are great, rooms and apartments are a little old and tired, but it appears things are being updated, so this is a good thing, I only have one issue and that is with the restaurant, we have only eaten there twice, the first time we stayed there back in Dec last year and this time, unfortunately the first time one of our meals was not as it stated on the menu so we sent it back, we waited 45mins for the correct meal to come out, meanwhile my wife was eating hers while I was waiting, This was sorted the next day with the Manager, This time one of the meals arrived cold and overcooked, I mentioned this to the restaurant manager and chef, the restaurant manager just looked at me and said, oh you always complain, to this I was stunned, he advised he looked me up in their system and found I complained about our meal on our first stay, we have stayed several times in between these two incidents, then the chef came out as I mentioned about the salad we ordered with the meals, I just said don’t you think $17 is a bit much for 5 lettuce leaves 4 rings of onion and a bit of olive oil, he commented back saying, you do realise it’s 2026 don’t you, I was stunned, so in the end it was sorted, they didn’t charge us for 1 meal, it’s a real shame because the other meals on both those nights were amazing, In saying this, I really don’t think I am going to chance eating in this restaurant again Much better and more consistent up the road at Totties restaurant, That’s about it from this trip, as I said the other staff were great.
