Room was not clean. Vents were not clean in probably over a year. Service wasn’t too bad. Would not stay there again

Stay a lot at Mantra and the rooms seem to be declining each time we stay. The oven was so dirty we did not use, the entire kitchen needs updating. We moved the couch and under the couch showed it had not been cleaned for a far while and there were used tissues, yuk!

Great location, room layout good, but could do with some maintenance and cleaning was ok. The pull out bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast was lovely, dinner at the restaurant poor and expensive. Reception staff friendly and helpful, rest ok. I would stay again and recommend based on location.

The range of facilities throughout the resort were good, but the rooms need significant renovations. Showers over baths are a significant health and safety hazard and the rooms are very outdated and worn.
