Hi GoFSUSeminoles, thanks for your review and feedback, I am sorry to hear the experience did not meet your expectations. We have some plans for future refurbishment within the rooms and unfortunately due to the Hertiage overlay in Erskine House the original stairs are the only form of access to the second and third floors. Within the restaurant we do charge for beverages outside of the complimentary juices and coffee available as part of the buffet breakfast. Kind Regards, Edwin
