The room assigned had a sewer smell. On Wednesday 21 Jan, we asked the evening staff to have the room sprayed to cover the smell. There was no offer to change rooms.

Chosen as usual when in Wiesbaden,due to central location, underground parking and inside restaurant, on top of being part of Accor. However, room old and refusal of daily cleaning (despite asking twice at the reception) and overall service not in line with my expectations of hospitality (umbrella rented at 2€), make me thing of evaluating different options in the future

Rooms need upgrading

I think it’s an old Crowne Plaza, downstairs has been upgraded to a really high standard, the rooms however have not been touched in a long time, I had no desk/table or chairs so I couldn’t work in the room. The breakfast was fantastic as were most of the staff.
