I like this hotel; this is my third time there. The staff is very professional, very helpful, and provides a nice welcome. The rooms are very good, the hotel is well-organized, and it's simply the best of the best. I also forgot to mention that the location is perfect.

Administrator was very friendly and offered an upgraded room without additional expenses. Room service was a bit slow: dinner ordered from restaurant took 1 hour, but we received a complementary dessert. For some reason, taxi drivers sometimes missed the main entrance (Yango app suggests the hotel backyard instead).
