The rooms were very spacious and good however before checkin i placed a request for any possible arrangement to be done as i was coming for special occasions also i called and confirmed the hotel however upon checkin nothing was done, the stay was very plain no extra efforts was done even after requesting

This is my favourite hotel to stay in whenever I visit Abu Dhabi. The staff are always effective, friendly, and willing to help. The room was spacious with all necessary amenities. I just hope that the hotel can provide more comfortable desk chairs with wheels and armrests. This is just a minor comment.

Thank you for making our trip stress free by being well located, having great facilities from the parking (both valet and self parking), pool and jacuzzi to the studio with a good washing machine. Also we would like to thank Kahani from housekeeping for taking care of us when bringing whatever we need. Thank you to the reception team who matched our needs with high floor non smoking unit. Lastly, I thought I was booking on my company’s corporate rate and therefore getting points. However it seems the booking landed through third party so I believe I will not receive the points although I’m a valued Accor Limitless member.
