The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Our first dinner was a bit slow but the next night we had a couple of glasses of complementary wine. After we had departed I realised that I had left my insulin in the fridge. The hotel 'phoned me in my car to say that it had been found and that they would post it on to me.

Quite a good hotel. The air conditioning is old and problematic though. It makes a lot of noise and the air flow cannot be adjusted. A less than pleasant experience on a night with high temperatures.

Good reception team, lovely man, sorry I dont recall his name, in the restaurant team who made me feel very welcome. Everything as you would expect in a Mercure hotel but the shower was not very good at all, the water pressure was very low almost a trickle, the temperature control was fine.

I feel cruel writing this as the staff really were so lovely, but this place was so dirty and dingy that it felt like a horror film. The restaurant and reception area was fine, but the rooms, corridors and gym were disgusting. The price is not cheap, and the 4 stars are a joke. Special mention for the carpet which was so old and dirty it felt like a violation to my socks. The one bonus was that we were so keen to get out of there that we made a very early start on our road trip the next day. We were tempted to try the breakfast as we were morbidly curious as to what could possibly warrant three recent reviews describing it as ‘catastrophic’, but we decided to cut our losses. Mercure; this hotel needs to be knocked down and rebuilt, or at the very least have a star removed.

Cramped rooms in bad need of a full refurbishment if it wants to claim 4 stars The list of problems with the hotel is too many to mention but some headlines are A lift that takes you upstairs but if you are with luggage then you have to negotiate stairs or some badly made ramp which isn’t wide enough to take a person and luggage The windows are ancient and not double glazed and don’t even seal completely against the outside noise and air temp There aren’t even basic tea/coffee facilities in the room The restaurant menu is awful with poor offerings and bad menu design

Simple but nice hotel which has great customer service, fresh water on reception, fun games like table football for kids but the rooms should be cleaned better. Sticky carpet and hair in the bathroom and toilet were frustrating.

Cenamos y dormimos, por trabajo, en este hotel. Equipo amable. Nada espectacular pero todo correcto y funcionando. Leí otras reseñas de los Ibis y no quise arriesgar a mis clientes con chinches o que no funcionara el aire acondicionado, o cosas peores. Quise asegurar un poco con las 4 estrellas y acerté!
