Based on your experience, what could we improve to make your stay more confortable and more value for money? We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointment concerning the half-board package. We have carefully reviewed your booking record and, upon verification, it appears that the reservations for both rooms were made on a "room only" basis and did not include the half-board package. Our on-site team attempted to find a solution by offering you the half-board option at a rate corresponding to the value you would have paid if this package had been initially included in your booking. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our great location, found our staff excellent, and enjoyed the convenience of our on-site restaurant. It's always rewarding to know that these key aspects of our service meet your expectations. We are also pleased that you noticed and generally approved of our recent renovation. We indeed undertook this project to modernize our facilities and enhance the guest experience, and it's good to know that these efforts are recognized. However, we sincerely apologize that certain aspects of the renovation did not fully meet your expectations regarding convenience. We value your honest observation that there might be "too much emphasis on modern decoration and less detail on convenience." This is a crucial point for us, and we will certainly reflect on this feedback as we continuously strive to balance modern aesthetics with practical comfort for our guests. Furthermore, we are very sorry to learn that room 28 did not provide you with a comfortable experience. We understand that a small and cramped feel, along with a window overlooking a busy walkway, can significantly impact the quality of a stay.
