The staff are friendly. The room was quite small and the door doesn't lock from inside the room and we were not able to sleep well due to this problem. The sink in the bathroom is quite small, we have to wash our face from the shower. The Aircon is not working well and the bedsheets are not nicely done.

the room was dirty (the floor was sticky), the key of the door was not working, I could open the door directly without using the code. Fortunately none of my personal stuff don't disappeared

On arrival discovered the confectionery dispenser only took cash, the card section was inactive. Next morning I went for breakfast at 9.20, it stops at 9.30. The receptionist was was extremely unhappy when I insisted on her restarting the coffee machine and I was warned I only had 10 minutes. Abysmal customer service.

Dans l'ensemble bon séjour, trop de moisissures dans la douche ( privée) à mon goût. Acceuil pas désagréable mais peu professionnel, avec l'arrivée d'une collègue avec ses enfants qui discute devant nous avec l'hôtesse d'accueil, colle si nous n'étions pas là. Un peu spécial. Malgré tout, l'hôtesse était gentille et serviable.

À cause de notre arrivée tardive vers 22h00,on avait la difficulté d’accès dans la barrière d’entrée,car nous n’avions pas le code. On a appelé sur le numéro indiqué sur la reservation reçue par e-mail, Mais la dame opératrice n’ai pu pas nous aider, Heureusement ,il avait une personne devant la barrière avec le même problème. On fin ,avec l’aide d’autres résidents d’hôtel on a réussi d’obtenir le code et le numéro de notre chambre. Par contre,après cette petite difficulté notre séjour etait parfait.Propre cabrio chambre. Merci beaucoup

Nous avons un reçu avec notre numéro de chambre. A peine installés, un couple rentre et nous dit qu'ils ont le reçu avec la même chambre. Nous recevons un autre reçu avec une un autre numéro de chambre et à 3 h du matin , 3 hommes essaye de rentrer dans notre chambre parce qu'ils ont reçu la même chambre. Nous n'avons presque pas dormi. Il fait revoir votre système informatique.A part ça, la chambre et sanitaires sont propres.
