Hospitality staff, best experience and food. Nice room with upgrade from Accor Platinum status. Warm welcome from K.Te, K. Leng and K. Noudny. They are very nice and kind to me and my family. Swimming pool is so nice, my kids give it 9.9/10 Breakfast is 10/10, you can order everything you want. Especially with Lao’s food such as Nham Kao, Pho and Khao soi lao. Love u all so much. Plus

Fantastic Hotel! Like a secluded oasis. Top notch. Amazing service by all staff. In particular the reception team Te, Leng, Vard and Noudny did an amazing job when we needed help organizing things. Only a five minute tuktuk ride from „downtown“.

We had two nights in a heritage room. As Accor gold we received two drink vouchers and not much else, but this Sofitel is both luxurious and elegant. Te the front office man looked after us beautifully, and the rest of the staff were attentive , always had a smile and almost all of them had good English communication skills. The heritage room is lovely with its own private garden, overlooking the main pool and a short walk to Governers grill , the restaurant on site. We dined there on the first night and enjoyed everything we ordered. The Sofitel is the old Governors residence and located only a ten minute walk from the centre of town of a 5 minute tuk tuk ride. We would certainly stay here again. Our only disappointment was the gym wasn’t operational.

We love the Sofitel Luang Prabang from the second we arrived. The team was wonderful especially Te,Vard,Leng,Noudny,Bath, Keo,Phone,Vanhdy and Pheng were very lovely. The location is slightly out of main tourist attractions that makes the place very relaxing. Pak Wayan Mawa the New Chef is very delightful to talk to and give a lot of information about good places to go and to eat.

From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. The staff could not have been nicer. Our room was amazing with our own private pool. The bed was extremely comfortable. Every meal we ate there was excellent. I especially loved the fresh juices in the morning. Spa was also amazing. One of the best facials I have had. One of my favorite parts were the domesticated bunnies that run around the garden. They are very loved by the staff and taken care of. Thank you to Te, Leng, Vard, Neudny, Phone, Bath, Keo and Pheng who went above and beyond everyday.
