Sofitel never disappoints. The grounds were beautiful and consistent with the local architecture, the service, impeccable, and the rooms luxurious. Luang Prabang is a delightful town with much history and certainly more slower paced than other SEAsian cities. There was much to do here and the town was very walkable. The service was professional and discreet and the Lao massage was superb. I recommend the Sofitel very highly.

I had a really great overall experience at this property. The highlight of my stay was the hospitality from the staff at this property. The people here are really really amazing and the way they treat you just makes your day. They are very understanding and always there to help with a smiling face. The property is gorgeous and very, very well maintained. The rooms are also large and beautiful. Overall it is a must visit place in Luang Prabang
