The hotel is good but I had to cut short my stay due to the unpredictable and unreliable service for booking train tickets (LRC website). So I had to leave on Friday instead of Saturday. The hotel did not agree to adjust my booking and so I had to pay for Friday night even if I checked out in the morning. Considering that my organisation had brought a lot of guests to the hotel that week I think that was not very nice of them to show no understanding or flexibility
