We are glad to hear that you found the room standard to your liking, but we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We deeply regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. We are particularly sorry to hear about the problems with the shower water pressure and temperature control. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we will immediately investigate the matter to ensure that all rooms are fully functional and provide the comfort you expect from a Pullman hotel. We also apologize for the lack of staff availability and service, especially at the pool bar. Your experience of difficulty obtaining drinks and towels is unacceptable, and we understand how frustrating this must have been for you.
