The calming atmosphere of this hotel is outstanding. It is very refreshing and soul-cleansing to walk through the rice fields and the beautiful pool area. At night it’s just silent. The service is top notch. The staff is very friendly and the service awesome. I forgot my jacket in the hotel and they sent it to the airport for me!

Unfortunately this stay was below our expectations. The room was let down by a few maintenance issues. The rainfall showerhead sprayed water everywhere but down. The bathtub water and temperature control knob was not working. The toilet would only flush intermittently. As a gold member, we went to the bar to order our welcome drinks. We were the only ones at the bar, but it still managed to take 40 mins for the drinks to arrive. The stay felt more like a 4 star hotel experience, not a 5 star hotel.

I had a great stay at Pullman Luang Prabang. The hotel is beautiful and very peaceful. ​The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast because there were many choices of food. Even though the hotel is a bit far from the town center, they have a free shuttle bus every 30 mins, so it was not a problem. ​All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will come back again!
