We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Luangprabang. HUGE commendation to the very professional Mr Khamchan in reception who made our stay fabulous. His organisational and communication skills were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was extremely efficient in assisting us with tours, train tickets and setting up our phones for our visit. His help certainly made our stay wonderfully relaxing. Thank you Mr Khamchan!

The area and the space at the hotel is very relaxing, and the beautiful grounds is green and soothing to the eye. The staff are all very helpful and I enjoyed my stay,. Though it was a work trip, hope to enjoyed it the next time on a more holiday spirit.
