Excellent resort experience with outstanding staff service – Pullman Luang Prabang Hardware & Rooms: Spacious resort layout with a calm atmosphere and very well-maintained grounds. The rooms are clean, generously sized, and in proper condition. Service & Staff: Outstanding hospitality across the team. In particular, Mr. David deserves the highest praise for being exceptionally attentive and caring toward our entire family, especially our son. Mr. Lang, Mr. Mao, and Mr. Xai also provided flawless, top-tier service. Only the attitude of Mr. Ken at the front desk was not entirely satisfactory and has room for improvement. Breakfast: High-quality breakfast offering both a diverse buffet and à la carte menu options. Fresh ingredients, pleasant dining ambiance, and attentive table service. Location & Mobility: Located slightly outside the town center, offering a quiet environment. Accessibility is well-managed via the hotel shuttle service and on-site e-bike rentals available for a reasonable fee of $6. Overall Rating: 5/5 stars. A well-run property with excellent facilities and predominantly exceptional staff performance. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pullman Luangprabang. HUGE commendation to the very professional Mr Khamchan in reception who made our stay fabulous. His organisational and communication skills were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble for him. I felt that the Pullman had a great deal to offer. Beautiful surroundings and very well appointed rooms. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The only downside was having to rely on shuttle buses to reach the centre.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property set around rice fields. The service was excellent Mina and Tito were specially very good and helpful The property is away from the town and so very quiet . Shuttle service every hour is excellent to go to town when required.

The hotel is outside the city, quiet, and feels like a big garden. Check-in was smooth. The front desk staff were helpful when I asked about transportation—clear answers, no fuss. They called a taxi at checkout and walked me to the door. Room was spacious and clean. Service was efficient. If you don't mind being a bit outside the center, this place is a good choice.

The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the city center and offers a free shuttle service. The driver was very friendly and punctual. We booked the alms-giving ceremony with the front desk during check-in, and the driver even helped us take photos and stayed with us the whole time. It was a wonderful experience. During our stay, the hotel service was excellent. There are three clean and beautiful swimming pools. We added the hotel on WhatsApp, so it was very convenient to contact them whenever we needed anything. We will definitely come back again.

The scale in the bathroom was broken..told the staff but nothing happened.. the refrigerator is broken..I checked myself because the socket at the back is too loose .. the toilet spray is super hard🤣 might get injured.. over all is ok but it really need maintenance
