The hotel located 4 km away from the town centre but transport to night market area provided every hour. The room is well equipped and clean and spacious. The restaurant manager David is very helpful and friendly. The downside is the hot water in the room is not hot enough so I could not have a hot bath. The TB signal could be a weak as the image is not so clear.

A beautiful resort with friendly staff

A beautiful resort in a peaceful natural surroundings. Encircling rice fields are spacious accommodations with balcony.The inviting mountains are in the backdrop. The staff is very friendly, polite , helpful and always smiling. Lin ,charming Beautiful young lady from the restaurant made sure that I get my ginger tea every morning for breakfast. Fresh pancakes were served daily . Would love to go back again . The resort provides a shuttle service so it was not difficult to go to the market or river cruise.

Lin Friends - Confirmed reviews ALL

The resort is away from the city center, a good place to recharge from all the traveling. They even provide shuttle bus to the city. The staff were friendly and went all out to try to meet my request. The dining staff David make us feel at home each time we had our meals, explaining to us more about the local cuisine and how it was being made. Love the stay at Pullman.

Far from a 5* Accor Hotel Experience

As an Accor/ALL Platinum cardholder, I stay in a large number of hotels each year ranging from lowly Ibis 2* properties to superb 5* Sofitel Legend hotels. Consequently I know very well the difference between 5* and 2* service. This hotel is somewhat inconveniently located 4.3 kms out of town and is difficult to access, even though a minibus transfer service is provided up to 9.30 pm. The property has extensive grounds and the standard room size is generous. However, many buildings and walkways are fraying at the edges. The internet reception is mediocre and the water supply to the bath was cold, and only lukewarm to the shower. The breakfast is rather mediocre and it is unacceptable, for example, to be served packet fruit juice. The coffee and tea offered was, however, excellent. The reception staff are inexperienced at best, as has been noted by other reviewers, and we were kept waiting for 1.5 hours at check-in. Although Accor Platinum cardholders are entitled to a space available upgrade, this was denied to us on the spurious grounds that 'the hotel was full'. We later found out that the occupancy was only 30% and the reception staff were being economical with the truth. When faced with this fact the next day, we were offered an upgrade which we declined. The hotel apparently caters mainly to large Chinese tour groups and we felt as if we had been segregated to the last D6 block away from the other honoured guests. If you want to be treated with respect at this hotel, you'd better make sure that you are Chinese. We are leaving tomorrow to stay in the centrally located 3 Nagas Hotel (also Accor) that caters mainly to independent travellers, and expect a far better experience even though it is only a 4* property.
