The hotel is a 15-minute drive from the city center and offers a free shuttle service. The driver was very friendly and punctual. We booked the alms-giving ceremony with the front desk during check-in, and the driver even helped us take photos and stayed with us the whole time. It was a wonderful experience. During our stay, the hotel service was excellent. There are three clean and beautiful swimming pools. We added the hotel on WhatsApp, so it was very convenient to contact them whenever we needed anything. We will definitely come back again.

The scale in the bathroom was broken..told the staff but nothing happened.. the refrigerator is broken..I checked myself because the socket at the back is too loose .. the toilet spray is super hard🤣 might get injured.. over all is ok but it really need maintenance

We absolutely loved our stay at Pullman Luang Prabang and highly recommend this resort for a relaxing, comfortable vacation. Although the hotel is not located in the heart of Luang Prabang, it offers a free regular shuttle service to and from the town center, which is very convenient. We stayed at the nearby Accor MGallery hotel the night before, and the Pullman team emailed us proactively in advance to arrange a complimentary pick-up service—such thoughtful pre-arrival coordination. The resort is spacious and beautifully designed, with small low-rise villas (usually 2–3 units per building) spread across lush grounds. It features two large swimming pools, extensive gardens, and even its own farm. We booked a two-bedroom villa with a private garden and private pool, which was perfect for our group. As an Accor Platinum member, our other rooms were upgraded to suites, and we received welcome amenities—great recognition for loyal guests. The front desk has staff who speak fluent English and Chinese, making communication smooth and easy throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast is abundant and varied, with attentive staff clearing tables promptly. For dinner, the hotel offers Chinese food options that suit Chinese tastes very well. The resort has a strong international management team, and the General Manager is from Hong Kong. Compared with other hotels in Luang Prabang, the service here is more professional, attentive and consistent—all staff are polite, hardworking, and greet guests warmly whenever they pass by. This is an ideal resort for vacation—quiet, private, well-equipped, and thoughtfully serviced. We will definitely choose Pullman Luang Prabang again on our next trip!
