We stayed four nights at Pullman Luang Prabang and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The whole resort is in pristine condition, and we really liked how green the place is. Our Deluxe King room was amazing too. Very spacious, perfectly furnished and with a lot of attention to detail. The best part of the stay, however, was the outstanding staff of Pullman Hanoi. Everyone with whom we interacting was so professional, kind, and welcoming. Many thanks for making us feel “at home away from home.” While everyone was amazing, we’d like to specifically mention four people: Many thanks to Mr. Toto at the front desk for a seamless check-in experience and introduction to everything the resort has to offer. Many thanks also to Mr. Owen and Ms. Bee at L’Atelier restaurant. Your service was truly outstanding, even remembering our preferred drink selections. Lastly, many thanks to Ms. Ga Noi, at Pullman spa. The 90-minute aromatherapy massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. All in all, we highly recommend Pullman Luang Prabang. If we come back to Luang Prabang, we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Due to a change of itinerary, my wife and I stayed here for two nights after a lovely 4 night stay in an excellent riverside hotel in central LP. Upon our arrival our poor taxi driver had to carry our bags into reception as the 2/3 hotel greeters showed little enthusiasm for the task. Our 'welcome' drink was iced water with a few drops of fresh lemon squeezed into it, served in a paper cup. Not very classy. A strange place. It is a large property, set in beautiful gardens. The room was extremely well appointed and a regular free shuttle bus into town (10 minutes ew) is available. I don't think we saw more than 12 other guests (it boasts 123 rooms) during our brief stay so it resembled a bit of a ghost village. Absolutely zero atmosphere. First morning at breakfast there were three other guests present and on the second five. I can't believe they're making money, particularly given the staff/guest ratio evidenced during our stay. As for the wifi, particularly in the rooms, woeful would be an accurate assessment. If coming to explore LP I'd strongly recommend staying in town - there are numerous attractive and far more atmospheric boutique hotels to choose from. And if you need to use the internet to any extent, avoid it at all costs.

This hotel is gorgeous, with spacious rooms and beautiful rice fields. The service however, is subpar. Not only did the fornt desk staff not know how to help us 90% of the time, there was never anyone at the pool bar or access to food while enjoying it. To get anything requested, meant waiting a minimum of 30-60min more than anticipated. We should have known though because in trying to communicate with the hotel before our stay, they were completely unresponsive. I believe it is a combination of being under staffed (during new years holiday no less) but also a culturally much slower pace for things with no sense of urgency.

The standard of the room was good, however, the shower has no water pressure and the there is no ability to control the hot vs cold (either scolding hot or freezing cold). Main issue with our stay was lack of staff and no service, the pool bar was never staffed so obtaining drinks or towels was very difficult. Difficult to communicate with staff who could not understand english or basic requests. Food orders typically took too long and frequently the wrong order was delivered. Not to the standard expected of a Pullman hotel and would not recommend or return.
