The resort is very nice, got an upgrade, breakfast was ok, since I am a vegetarian, I expected more fruit options, there were only three fruit options available. At the breakfast there was an Israeli group, very loud, obnoxious, rude and disgusting behaviour of them. They were taking food from the buffet with bare hands and eating infront of them buffet. There was an obnoxious woman, probably the Guide, disgussing some things with the manager, right infront of our table, very loud.

It was a lovely stay! We booked the 2-bedroom-villa with private pool and we enjoyed every second. I do however have some points that needs to be improved. The breakfast buffet needs to be replenished when the dish is finished which they didn't. When we arrived most of the dishes were already empty and no one seems to be checking them to be refilled. The private pool needs to have a temperature controller - we have kids hence warm temperature in the pool is a must and so it's very important for us that they enjoy their stay more than us, their parents. The villa was at the end of the hotel and so we felt a bit isolated as my husband says however it was good as it was very quiet for us. Another thing are the mosquitoes - more insect repellant diffusers should be in the rooms - my son had 3 huge insect bites during our stay. The staff were friendly and always greeting us with a smile. The free shuttle to the old town was a great complimentary service and we definitely benefited from it.

We are also sorry that the villa location made you feel a bit isolated, although we are glad to hear you appreciated the quiet atmosphere. In addition, we apologize for the mosquito bites your son experienced. We will reinforce our insect-control measures and ensure more repellent diffusers are placed in the rooms, especially for families with young children. Our toilet was broken during our entire stay....they sent workmen twice to fix it but they were unable so we had to use the one in the lobby which was not close by
