The hotel is definitely a five star hotel. The issue is that it has 2 star service. Room we were in was 231 amazing room with views of the rice fields and pool. Huge room with huge bathroom area short with separate bath. Pool was empty but fabulous after a day exploring. There is a shuttle to the town market every hour which you will need as resort is a decent bit out. The staff are all very inexperienced and if they sort this out, this hotel gets 5 every time.

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left; I was incredibly happy with my stay at the Pullman Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s very satisfying to feel my loyalty to ALL Accor being rewarded. Although the hotel is located outside the city, the convenient shuttle service (running almost every hour) makes the city easily accessible. The shuttle takes only 10 minutes to reach the city center. Being outside the city offers the opportunity to relax on the expansive hotel grounds or by one of the swimming pools. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of dishes. The restaurant’s meals were equally tasty. My room was spacious and provided a beautiful view of the rice paddies. One minor issue arose during my stay, but the management resolved it quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I would love to return to this wonderful place.

Outstanding choice of accommodation away from the bustle of town. Excellent layout with well-appointed rooms and attentive staff. My four nights here for a conference were restful and I would quickly return. The hotel shuttle is reliable and a nice amenity.
