This was my first visit to Luang Prabang, and I enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay at the 3 Nagas Hotel. The property is perfectly situated in the old quarter, conveniently close to several main tourist attractions. As an Accor Diamond member, I greatly appreciated receiving a room upgrade upon arrival. The beautiful décor throughout the hotel serves as a wonderful testament to its rich history, and I felt completely relaxed throughout my time there. While I did note a few minor issues—specifically regarding the room's water pressure, a safety concern with one of the hotel's bicycles, and some mosquitoes—these were trivial and did not significantly impact my overall positive experience. I would like to extend a special thanks to Alisa for her exceptional attentiveness during breakfast, Tulee for efficiently assisting with my various requests, and Linda for patiently answering my many questions. The entire team was incredibly welcoming and helpful, contributing to a memorable first visit to the city.

May 2026 was my 4th stay at 3 Nagas & we had room 6 & 7 on the 1st floor above reception. The food continues to be excellent & very well presented. The manager, reception staff & restaurant staff are always very friendly & after a day remember our breakfast choices. We had an issue with how a new chef had served a western dish, (bruschetti), but this was quickly reversed from our bill without our asking. The buildings are old & historic which makes maintenance more difficult but adds to their charm. A suggestion - as the shower is over the bath tub add a hand rail to help getting in & out of the bath tub. The complementary transport to the Sofitel Luang Prabang was a good idea as they had a very good pool & a spa located in the former French governor's mansion.
