I had a wonderful time staying at the 3 Nagas. The location is wonderful, I could walk to most of the sites. I had the top floor suite, No. 7, and I could see the Buddhist alms giving from my balcony. Also, there staff is lovely. The girls and boys almost adopted this solo traveler and made me feel welcome all the time. They have mango trees around the breakfast area and in season mangoes fall from the tree which staff offers you to eat! The room was huge. I loved this heritage property.

1. No Recognition of Gold Members - No Free Room Upgrade 2. No Water in Bathroom for 1 full day and night 3. No 24 hr Room Service 4. Dinner Order closes at 9:30 pm, which is way too early. 5. Breakfast is just super limited, and not international - it's a disaster for Accor standards. 6. No Lift, or Elevators in the property 7. The room wooden floors are super noisy, and are a cause of constant mental agony everytime anyone walks. 8. The room AC didn't cool enough - it just somewhat controlled the heat, that's all. It requires a change or thorough service.
