This hotel is very good, and the service truly exceeded our expectations. We had a sudden situation where we were unable to get our high-speed train tickets back to Vientiane. It was quite stressful, but the reception staff (a young lady) was incredibly helpful and calm. She immediately assisted us and managed to arrange a private transfer to Vientiane on very short notice. The driver was extremely experienced and skillful. The road conditions from Luang Prabang to Vientiane are challenging, with many uneven sections, stones, and potholes, but he handled the entire journey very professionally. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout the long drive. Big thanks to both the reception staff and the driver for their kindness, efficiency, and professionalism. Their help turned a stressful situation into a smooth and safe journey. Highly recommended!

This was our first time to Laos and to Luang Prabang. Our stay at this property was amazing, with excellent service, a fantastic, beautiful room and property, and the ideal location. The staff: Toulee, Asu, and Xor were all incredibly helpful with all our questions and requests. This last comment, about the staff, is why we will return again next year to this exact property, and expand our stay by doubling our time at 3Nagas. We really enjoyed ourselves, and want to experience more in Luang Prabang.

It was a beautiful property with traditional design. It locates right on the main street very close to all the main attractions in the old town. You can also use the bike to ride around. The food was excellent and the service was excellent. The down side is that the wall and the building is made of wood, so you can hear people talking very loud if your side room is having a party.
