JBDBB Families - TripAdvisor review

This was our least favorite hotel on our Asia tour. Book at the Sofitel rather. The rooms were not up to par and had noises played etc above our head through the night. The breakfast was across the rd and the rooms were hot. There was creepy crawly in the bathtub, awful caulking and just pay more and stay elsewhere. Only plus was a quick walk to the night market.

Had 4 fabulous nights in Luang Prabang staying at the MGallery 3 Nagas. The staff led by Ms Nouy & Ms Linda were absolutely outstanding with their help and service during our stay. Fan was a wonderful attendant at breakfast & dinner with his lovely personality. 3Nagas staff were all 10/10 for service and a big smile…. :-) The hotel itself is a beautifully restored old building in an excellent location especially for observing the “Alms giving ceremony “ every morning.

After a hard cycling trip around the north of Laos, which I really recommend, 3 Nagas gave us a warm welcome. Their bar on other side of the road had a saxophonist playing and we stayed relaxing whilst listening to some good music. Room was excellent, huge, comfy bed with a large balcony to sit on and look at the garden. I do have a recommendation which is baths with showers never work especially with shower curtains, I’d invest in a decent standalone shower. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. All the staff were excellent, very attentive and genuinely there to assist. If I go back to Luang Prabang this is the hotel l’ll be heading to!
