Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you encountered during your stay at 3 Nagas MGallery. What you described does not reflect the standards of comfort, attention, and care that we are committed to providing. I am truly sorry for the repeated issues with the hot water in your room. The delay in assistance, the flooding caused by the pipe leak, and the lack of clear communication regarding the reversed hot and cold water installation are unacceptable. You should have been informed and assisted promptly, and I regret that this did not happen. Please rest assured that we have already addressed the technical fault and reinforced our inspection and communication procedures to prevent such an incident from recurring. I also apologize for the lack of prior notification regarding the temporary closure of the gym and swimming pool facilities at our sister property, Sofitel. You should have been informed before arrival, and we are reviewing our pre arrival communication process to ensure guests receive timely and accurate updates about facility availability.
