My first time in Luang Prabang and I had dinner at this restaurant, it is a good location ,their restaurant have lao food is very delicious and the reception staff is very professional Especially Ning, She is very friendly, and her team, Linda,Nouy,Pookie, they provide very good service.

A little gem of a hotel, right in the heart of old town on the Main Street but in the quiet part, even with the alms ceremony passing by in the morning. The rooms (and beds) are very dreamy, service is excellent and so is the food in the restaurant. Also some nice welcome surprises in the room. AND you can make free use of bikes, as well as the gym and pool at the sister hotel Sofitel, 2km away. A beautiful property and a total plus that 3Nagas guests can rest at Sofitel in the afternoon. When I left, the team greeted me fairwell until the tuktuk to the airport disappeared out of sight. A touching farewell.

3Nagas​ is the best hotel in Luang Prabang. The location is in the center​ of the city, very convenient to walking to​ any​ ​famous place​ in​ Luang​ prabang​. It is a group of Accor brand and is classified as an MGallery collection in terms of history. It is a heritage hotel that is more than 100 years old. The​ home​made ice cream here is very fantastic.The staff​ here are very friendly with​ excellent​ service​especially Nouy, ​​Linda, Ning, and Pookie. The red car seems to be the symbol of the hotel and everyone who walks past has to stop and take pictures.

Really nice service from Ning and her team! I feel safe and chill after arriving the hotel. Definitely recommend this place, you will start an enjoyable journey！I do love their decoration for Christmas which makes the place a fantastic vibe!

I came back here to meet up with my friends. I had dinner here last year and made new friends here. 3Nagas is both a hotel and a restaurant. I dare say that in addition to the delicious food, the staff here are very good and friendly. I have never met such a nice staff. I remember all their names: Nouy, Ning, Linda, Sarah, and Pookie. I came here alone. They had him come to greet them and make sure everything was okay. I was able to talk to them openly and it felt good and everyone has been my friend since then. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, over 100 years old and has an incredible history. It is a place to stay, a restaurant and a bar. Anyone who comes to visit Luang Prabang, I recommend this place.
