May 2026 was my 4th stay at 3 Nagas & we had room 6 & 7 on the 1st floor above reception. The food continues to be excellent & very well presented. The manager, reception staff & restaurant staff are always very friendly & after a day remember our breakfast choices. We had an issue with how a new chef had served a western dish, (bruschetti), but this was quickly reversed from our bill without our asking. The buildings are old & historic which makes maintenance more difficult but adds to their charm. A suggestion - as the shower is over the bath tub add a hand rail to help getting in & out of the bath tub. The complementary transport to the Sofitel Luang Prabang was a good idea as they had a very good pool & a spa located in the former French governor's mansion.

It was my second time at 3 Nagas and I will be back. All the staff were wonderful; the location and the infrastructure are perfect for my taste: simple, authentic, comfortable, luxury. I would recommend to improve the food selection and enhance the flavours, to make it a perfect restaurant.
