We had a good stay at this hotel for the price we paid. Rooms were tidy and clean. The clothes rails didn't really hold up too well and there was a strong smell from the drainage in the bathroom that other guests also mentioned. Breakfast was OK and staff were pleasant enough. Good parking and good location.

Ok stay bathroom a bit shabby floor looked filthy.

We stay here often- which speaks for itself. Alex is always very helpful and all staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is clean and well-located for motorway and city connections and good value. Our Retriever Echo is also always made very welcome.

Was continually unable to access my room and repeatedly had to return to reception to get a room card reactivated. Despite being reassured on numerous occasions that “the fault” was being addressed nothing was fixed and I was continually locked out my room. It’s not unreasonable to expect a simple issue such as this to be fixed within a few hours, yet after a 4 night stay the matter had still to be resolved.
