This Ibis Styles Hotel is within walking distance of Resorts World Arena if attending a live show. The NEC, Train Station and Airport is near by the hotel too. The service on entry to check into the hotel was very professional. I had been given a choice if I wanted a twin or a double room at reception. The room had a lot of character with a picture of a bear on a bicycle on the wall. The room had been cleaned very well and a nice clean kettle to make a hot drink in the room. There is a gym in the hotel on first floor. Breakfast was very well presented in the restaurant. The food tasted very good. Dinner had been lovely and a tv in the restaurant.

The food on the Saturday was shocking - great service but the kitchen substituted food with no credence for alllgeries, serving meals 1.5hrs after ordering. So I had little expectation for breakfast to be good but it was lovely. Staff were amazing down to a T, just a lovely bunch of people. Narinder the chef even made me a fried egg which wasn’t offered in the menu. She is so proud of working there, is a beautiful spirit and takes such great pleasure in sewa through her job. All staff lovely but Narinder truly stood out. She needs a pay rise!

Nice staff, helpful Cool to have a gym on site but a few of the exercise machines need replacing. Dinner was good value but can take a while during popular times Breakfast was tasty and the chef came out to talk to people, even took a request. Narinder was her name.
