Disappointed with the overall stay, there were some highlights but incredibly bad service at times

Regular stay to see family. Pullman Mascot staff are always so very welcoming from greetings when you pull up to checking staff and excellent restaurant staff who go out of their way to come over and say hello.

Was a short overnight stay before heading out on a road trip the following day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great advice for getting from airport to hotel. Some great tips for our visit to the Hunter Valley region. Dinner and breakfast options were good and the meals were terrific. Bar staff were friendly and up for a chat. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. A small empty fridge (not filled with hotel food and drinks) was great to have. Being an Accor Plus member the small gift of bottled water and chocolates was a nice touch. If I just had hand luggage it is an easy 15min walk to T3.
