tried to sign up with partner platform to gain free parking however the platform had technical difficulties so I was unable to join. I was also locked out of my room due to a faulty card reader that had to be reprogramed.

My husband and I were returning from NZ and were connecting on domestically the following day. Being an Accor Platinum member I always choose Accor properties if I can, however I will never choose to stay here again. I will stay at the opposition next time or fly into Brisbane. The Pullman at the Brisbane Airport is amazing. On entering it was very loud and very cluttered. There was no obvious check in counters. As we got closer and through all the people standing around we could see the 'desks' for check in. Check in was abysmal at best. One of the computers was not working and we were interrupted while checking in, by another staff member who was serving a very demanding guest. We were made to wait while the other guest was attended to on the same computer/counter we were on. I am not sure why the demanding customer was given priority treatment and I found this behaviour extremely unprofessional and did not feel like a valued Accor member. Staff obviously need training on how to deal with demanding customers. The bathroom is open and has absolutely no privacy. There is a sign on the shower door advising to keep the shower door closed to ensure the steam from the shower does not set off the fire alarm. Too bad if the other person needs to use the toilet because the door is shared between the shower and the toilet. The canapes served to Accor members looked like they had been sitting out all day. I requested something to suit my dietary requirements and was provided with slices of cucumber with grilled onion on top. Definitely not appealing. The wine was very nice and dinner in the restaurant was good. Wifi was very slow and check out the following morning was better than check in but not by much. I found the staff member unfriendly.
