Upon arrival and during the stay the staff was super kind and helpful. The hotel itself is outdated and in need of some refreshing. The room had a weird smell and the shower was installed so low I could not stand up below it (I'm 1m83).

The room is a bit small (to an extend that a regular suitcase hardly fits in). Furthermore its decoration is up for renewal and modernisation. It is a great place to experience the 1980s again.

When I wanted to have my breakfast at 7:30 in the morning no free space available and a long waiting queue. Once a got a place the choice of the selection was very limited and the quality of the food was poor.

Fine, but I requested a sea view several times and didn't get it.

Hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. There’s no nice way of saying that this hotel is disgusting and dirty. In my room the curtains were covered in potentially toxic black mould. Dead bugs above curtains. Whole room was genuinely filthy and not a nice place to stay. Bed was rock hard and pillows were ancient. On the plus side - the staff here were all lovely. So if the owner can fix the property, this has potential in the future as the location is also great.

Hotel is very well located. The Standard Room was very comfortable. Although the room was small, the bathroom was spacious. The room had good amenities but I was disappointed to find the TV seemed to be streaming-capable but I could not access that part due to the original remote not being available. However for a short stay that was not an issue. The staff is simply perfect. Everyone was very friendly and cheery.
