PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO!!! Essa unidade do suja o nome dos Íbis . Estou com um problema desde o começo deste mês (Fev/2024), e não estou tendo retorno. Fiz uma reserva para dois funcionários (05/02/2024 - 06/02/2024), no contato por Whatsapp avisei precisaria de nota fiscal no CNPJ da empresa, me informaram que a nota seria emitida após o pagamento (que foi feito via PIX no dia 05/02/2024, antes do check in) ,no dia 06/02/2024 perguntei se já tinha sido emitida a nota, me passaram outra informação, que a nota seria emitida após 48h do check out, e que após esse prazo seria enviado pro meu e mail, no dia 08/02/2024 entrei em contato novamente porque não havia recebi a nota, me encaminharam a nota, mas a nota veio no nome funcionario. Informei que a nota estava errada, e pedi que fosse cancelada para a emissão da correta, me passaram um e-mail para enviar uma mensagem pro gerente, informando o acontecido, e que esse seria o UNICO meio de contato com ele, no mesmo dia informei que já tinha enviado o e-mail, pedi que dessem uma atenção ao meu caso, porque pra eu ter o reembolso do fornecedor, eu precisaria da nota fiscal no nome da empresa, me disseram que o gerente já estava CIENTE do caso, e que como eles estão com muita demanda, me dariam retorno até quarta feira (14/02/2024), hoje (15/02/2024) entrei em contato novamente, me informaram que o gerente não voltou do recesso, e que me passaram um prazo.

Front desk receptionist is the first impression that a hotel guest will have and get the perception of how your stay is going to be. In my case, from my vast experience in several hotels around the world, it was one of the worst. During the check in, we got, no good afternoon, not a smile or not a minimum of good manners person should have, I'm not talking about the expectations from a hotel receptionist, but a minimum for a social behavior. Beyond of that there was a lack of knowledge for the function, since she has requested payments of what was already paid and clearly stated in my reservation voucher. But the terrible experience would not stop on it. I've let our luggage into the room and went back to the reception area to leave for a walk around the hotel area when we could hear the same receptionist swearing heavily and complaining of tiredness. For your track, my check inn was Dec 15th around 4:30 PM. I would suggest to the hotel reevaluate the training of their team, but also check the hiring process, since people on reception would have a specific profile of education and sympathy, characteristics that unfortunately we could not find in Ibis Budget Araraquara.

Good stay, but no free water available for drinking

It was a good stay. The hotel is well maintained and staff is friendly. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Breakfast was ok, but the air conditioner blows really hard and cold over the buffet, cooling every food and drink. The main complaint is that there is no free potable water available. I asked for somewhere to refill my mug, but was informed that the water was available only through purchase. This is one of the most annoying things at hotel stays. I'm not asking for free bottles of water, but just for a place where I can refill my own bottle. I think that is the bare minimum that a hotel should offer, along with bath and bed.

Not good for long stays

In general, the accommodations are not comfortable for stays longer than one or tow days, specially when it involves work trips that are very demanding. When working in another city, everyone is already strained for being out of home and maximizing time, and too small spaces end up making it even worse. The hotel is good enough for one night stay, though.
