Very good for business proposal

Silver members have a drink, but were not offered when I arrived. I had to ask for ! Drinks cooler machine inside room, too noise. I had to ask to move to another room ! Local people at reception perhaps need training

Reasonable price, Ibis global standard, no problems

Staff was efficient during check in and check out. Breakfast was Ok. The bed was lumpy.

The bathroom was very bad, there is no box to separate the bath area from the other side, just a curtain. Every time I take a shower the entire bathroom gets wet, if I close the curtain there was no light, because the curtain was not tranlucent and the light stays in the other side, so I had to take a shower with the curtain opened. Very bad!!

The hotel is starting to show the signs of its age. The paying concept of "cash in advance" has also showed its negative side: we checked out early due to a medical situation and had no time for breakfast. The breakfast was prepaid and it was told us that it could not be reimbursed, unless we buy something else with the same value. How could we have done this if we were in a hurry?

It's the best cost benefit hotel and rate! To improve: remind the guest at the moment of check-in if he wants to buy water before going to the room, because there is a refrigerator, but no water inside.

Good hotel. Clean and organized. In fact, the only aspect that really "bothers" is the restaurant. The area does not offer great restaurant options and the hotel doesn't supply the guests as well. Except for the quality of the breakfast (despite its a-bit-too-high price), the restaurant of the hotel (as well as in other Ibis I've been to) lacks of food options at a decent price. It's not acceptable to pay ~€ 10 for a frozen lasagna and a fruit... There are some other frozen options as well (of which I've tasted all already) but they're also expensive and are not worth the price. Better options should be checked and offered to the guests.

Its an Ibis, pretty standard, a lot of things, small ones, are wearing out, this don't give a good impression. Internet is too slow people are nice, location is ok nothing close, but is almost the same in small towns

I didn't like 3 points during my time on IBIS Sertãozinho 1st - On Thursday when I wake up, didn't have available water on shower or sink (more than 1 hour to solve this problem) I went for my scheduled meeting without bath and others.... 2nd - I claimed that sink in bathroom are leaking, but problem was not solved during my hosting; 3th - Untill now I don't received my invoice (more than 72 hours).
