Good stay, good breakfast but room really needs a renovation. I have stayed here many times but all rooms that I have had are in need of a re-freshment.

The hotel needs renovation. The furniture is damaged, and the decoration is old and dark (heavy and outdated). The bathrooms have a sewage smell. The rates are high for a budget hotel, especially considering the level of service provided.
