The breakfast is great! The complaint is related to the bathroom, which is quite out of date, and there are no power outlets beside the bed.

The food was not so great, I would suggest amending the breakfast and dinner menu. Also, on the dinner menu can you kindly please add English subtitles so that we can be able to understand what food we are eating. In general, the support staff was really friendly especially those at reception. The drinking water system I did not like it and as a result I never used the water.

As always, it was a positive experience. The comfortable bed and delightful breakfast stood out. However, the reception process needs improvement. When we arrived as part of a thirty-three-person group, I found myself at the end of the check-in queue, waiting for a full forty minutes. Perhaps implementing measures like online check-in (similar to airlines) or installing self-check-in kiosks in the reception area could alleviate the waiting time for your valued guests.
