Dificilmente erro ao escolher Ibis, mas dessa vez foi péssima minha estadia. Quarto mal conservado, banheiro claustrofóbico e o pior foi não ter shampoo no quarto, e ao questionar recepção informou que tinha que pagar. Economia podre.

Prezado Sr. Luis F., Os ibis Budget são hotéis da marca supereconomica da Accor e seguem o padrão da marca com quartos compactos (12m²) e dispões de uma estrutura de alta qualidade, com número reduzido de serviços para assim poder proporcionar tarifas mais atrativas aos clientes. Horrible, to start with there was a very suspicious soap when I arrived, there was no shampoo, and there was no intercom in the room. If that wasn't enough, I tried calling for about 1h30 on the reception and management telephone numbers. None of them answered. The lighting in the room is horrible, and the reception's WhatsApp doesn't respond. The Wi-Fi is horrible, I tried to connect, but almost half the time it simply wouldn't load anything. I'll be honest, I've had a lot of stays during my career, and this was the worst of them all. I've stayed at a lot of Ibis, and this was the first time I've had such a bad experience. However, not to be hypocritical, the breakfast is great, it's among the best I've had in hotels of similar value. Apart from the disadvantage of being served at 6:00 am, which was a bit of a downside for me, since I needed to arrive at my destination by 7:00 AM, my breakfast had to be finished by 6:08 AM at the latest to make sure there was time. I recommend that these complaints be reviewed, as this is very serious.
