Nice staying there. Almost all amenities complete in the room. It will be much pleasant if the hotel can provide bathroom amenities not just towel, toothbrush and soap and shampoo. The missing items is tissue, earbud, shower cap and any standard for 4 stars hotel. And also, when we arrived at the lobby, no one helping us to move the bags, so we moved by ourself to the trolley until someone sees us and then helps (but all the bags already inplace). Last one… no complimentary drinks? Its minor but nice to have, since we need it at that time. Overall OK. Hope when we got back, there will be more improvement.

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel, and the highlight was definitely receiving an unexpected upgrade to an Executive Room! Our room was located on the 9th floor, offering a clear and stunning view of the bustling golf course. It was so entertaining and relaxing for us to watch the golfers and their caddies playing down on the field. The hotel itself is in a very strategic location and features a fantastic, fun swimming pool that the family thoroughly enjoyed. The only slight inconvenience was the fitness center. To work out, we had to walk a short distance to the sister hotel next door. On the bright side, the access was completely free. When it comes to parking, this hotel is excellent—it features a spacious and protected underground basement parking lot, which is a huge advantage since the neighboring hotel doesn't have one. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable experience, and we would love to come back!

I was stay for a night. Although I came at the wrong day (my appointment was on 26-27, but I only remembered I booked it for weekend), the FO helped me so much. Although I needed to pay extra for the weekend rate, I think it's okay, laaa. One thing is: my room was not having towel at all. none also a comb (or Ibis didn't provide it?). I needed to remind the staff for about 3 times to make sure the towel delivered to my room--which is too much for 4 star hotel hospitality. But definitely will come back to Ibis Style Bogor Raya.

If breakfast buffet menus including more international foods would be perfect
