We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! The staff were friendly and accommodating—special thanks to Peter, Julie, Albert, Penny, and Alvin for their excellent dinner service. The resort is clean and beautiful, with peacocks roaming the grounds. Our family prestige suite was spotless and very spacious. In the common area though, some furniture could use an update. Great location with ocean views from the restaurant and a convenient hotel shuttle to HarbourFront MRT and VivoCity every 15 minutes. We also took the shuttle bus to Universal Studio and Resort World. Loved the swimming pool and the unique fish pond experience. Highly recommended!

About 10 years ago, I stayed at your hotel with my family to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday, and we had a truly wonderful experience. This recent stay brought back many memories, and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary upgrade to a junior suit, a thoughtful and generous gesture that we sincerely appreciated. However, we were disappointed by the lack of responsiveness from the front desk and service team. Almost every time we called for assistance, no one answered, or we were placed on hold indefinitely. This issue started even before our arrival, when we tried to contact the hotel for clarification on parking, as well as check-in and check-out times. The inability to reach anyone was both inconvenient and frustrating. During our stay, the inconsistent phone service became our biggest concern. In my view, prompt phone support is essential; not only for basic guest requests but especially in case of any emergency. It’s also one of the most important customer touchpoints because it is needed at the very moment guests require help. Unfortunately, the standard of service in this area has dropped significantly compared to our visit a decade ago. While it is possible that the hotel may be short-staffed, we did not observe unusually high guest traffic during our stay. It is regrettable, as we have fond memories of the excellent service we once received. We hope the hotel will look into improving this aspect of guest experience, as it makes a meaningful difference to an otherwise pleasant stay.
