The noise from ventilation fan in bathroom made it difficult to sleep, my room card was on and off at my door. There was always a wait for the lifts to serve the levels - all guests and staff were waiting most mornings to go up or come down.

Very tiny room and not so clean, quite dusty. Laundry machine was dirty and much more expensive than other similar hotels. Perfect location, closed to train station.

Outstanding - great service - clean. Your staff from front of house to cleaning were very helpful. They were able to give advice on local travel as well as easily extend my bookings. Rooms were a decent size and clean. Your front desk was particularly helpful when I had left a bag, medication and keys in Kinosaki - they helped me liaise with the Ryokan and rebook so that I could retrieve my belongings.

The staff was really very nice. The room was a bit small and there was a constant noise in it. The bed mattress was sliding to the sides for some reason. I loved the different modalities of the shower. Location was top!
