I wonder how and what two bags of dirty linens were put in the front door of my room in 3094 for the entire day?!? Roll towels can only be issued on request. As a frequent traveler, I wonder how come an internationally branded hotel, as Novotel, can be so poor.

The service people and the management of this hotel couldn’t care less about customer service or customer convenience. We are staying through Gate1 and the hotel people are watching us like they would a thief. They wouldn’t even let us sit together around a table and we are 35 people with Gate1. When we asked to speak to management we were shocked to know even management doesn’t care about customers or customer concerns. Definitely not recommended
