The online payment system was not working on arrival, luckily we were able to scrape together enough cash as it was late at night & I would have been uncomfortable using an ATM! We were given an upgrade to compensate and the bathroom was sensational. Bed was comfortable. Oh the internet didn’t work either.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful. Clean, and spacious for 3 people. We were very close to the railway, shops and cafes. Well done and thankyou.

For allegedly a 3 star hotel we were rather 'underwhelmed'. Room small, drab looking carpets in corridors etc and a very odd little lift. Room itself was typical modest Ibis as was the adequate breakfast offerings We've had a far better environment in the regular 3 star Ibis we used in our regular trips to and from home when living in France.

room smelt of smoke although said no smoking! floor not hoovered as hair picked up when walked on. bed not comfortable. bathroom clean and ok.
