The hotel rooms are very clean and spacious room. The hotel facilities also very complete as 5 star hotel. All staff are very professional and very friendly. Breakfast menu are plenty choices with many various meals cooked by experienced cheft.

all well. but card door is seldom not easy because error (red lamp on hander).

The hotel location in heart of surakarta , check in and check out process is fast with a profesional staff , all staff hotel is so kind and helpfull . The room was so clean and tidy . I found the bathub in my room was clean event the hotel is getting old but everythings under good maintance. The food so delicious with many kind of menu they serve during your breakfast . The think is the main rood in front of hotel will be closed in sunday morning till 9 am for car free day ,so you should be think to come out from hotel with your personal car before 9 am. Overall in excellent service . Thank you for all staff . Wish you all in safelly and healthy .

Good place with low knowledge staffs

Broke tv at executive room (two of them) not good signal, smoking people around the small cold dark swimming pool. Sunday car free day in front no taxi at sunday and the staffs gave no solution while we want to go to the airport. Slow receptionist staffs
