We enjoyed our stay. The gym was massive and well equipped. The location was strategic because it was walking distance to a lot of food places. When my kids' room shower was problematic, technicians came and completely fixed it. The room was comfortable. Staff service was good.

A bit underwhelming for a novotel

The room was nice and spacious with a good facilities. However, I wish the staff can be more actively giving general information in regard the hotel situation upon arrival. For example: explained about the breakfast time and the location, explained about the event that being held at that day which caused other guests can’t access at that time, and etc. Those kind explanation should be informed in advance during their check-in time which can improve your services too, instead of the clients digging all the information since the lack of information that they recevied upon arrival. As Novotel is already known as 4-star hotel. I really expected the will be a various menu at breakfast. However, the selection quite limited and doesn’t warm at all (even if you breakfast at 7 am). I also expected there will be more ameneties that you can provide in the room such as cotton bud, hand body, mini comb and etc

yesterday was my mom first time visit solo, i bring to stay at novotel because the location and its accor, at first i believe it will be the unforgettable moment, but it turns out the different way, at the same time the government held the event and the elevator full at some time when they do activities, and the electricity off at midnight, but the main issue was right before we check out the water was dirty, and we need to wash and take a bath, a total mess, please do whole review procedure during peak or while you have a full booked, keep in mind this not complaining, but the words that coming from the place called love, some of us believe that accor was guarantee place of living in every tourism city, so please keep that standart all a time, because yesterday was not pleasing at all
