Fast check in. Nice and clean room. Best food. Amazing service. Staying here in Novotel for almost two weeks and has been an awesome experience. Very recommended! Ahh friendly staffs too. Overall great! Team Permana has the best service. Very satisfied with the service.

This hotel too old, and many facility broken. The shower not works well. Tv cant play youtube, just tv cable. The bed not comfortable enough ( sound kriek kriek)
