Despite the small inconveniences, it was an okay experiences. Bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable but pillows were too big and thick(?) we woke up with sore neck. Also, we noticed the large bed was made up of two smaller ones with two overlapping bedsheets instead of one. I guess they were running out of large bedsheets? The most annoying thing for me is the carpet since it triggered my dust allergy quite bad especially in the mornings.

I stay 1 night, its a very nice place to stay in Solo. Its in the center of the city, staff are friendly, only Hotel condition quite old and Lift only operate 1. Room clean and huge. They provide drinking water in the refill bottle for the green purpose. Overall nice to stay here.

Good location and comfortable Room, however their are frequent noise disturbance do to very loud music at the hotels event location. Half of the Air-conditioners in the Gym are broken since weeks and nobody seems to care to repair them. Its way to hot in the Gym. Only one elevator is working, the second one is broken since weeks, which leads to long waiting time. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working. Ask them to repair it it multiple times but nothing happened. Seems the maintenance in this hotel is very lousy.

I am a frequent hotel guest in Novotel Solo. From time to time I see progress on how the management and staff updating the standards. Smart TV is available now, better water pressure in the shower, etc. However, the wifi connection never seem to be upgraded. It has always been slow or no connection at all, even though they have 2 wifi connections. This is something that clearly either being ignored or skipped by the hotel staff or management. The bedroom somehow always feels humid and moldy, that creates a bad odor inside. Dehumidifier in each room needs to be considered. Hospitality wise needs to be improved. The front desk staff need to be more attentive and personal on delivering hospitality. I.e : - They can explain / remind that as an ALL Member, there is a free drink that can be claimed. Can be coffee or anything else, other than the drink that is available next to the front desk. - Acknowledgment of frequent guest has never been done.

I really love the location. Its close to coffeeshop, ngarsopuro night market, & car free day area. The room was clean with proper amenities too. There was some problem about toilet flush but get fixed quickly. All the staffs was nice & helpfull. Will stay here if visit solo again
