If only the hotel has system to note down the guest request. I always choose Novotel for stayinf during my trip in Solo. But every single time I have to keep requesting : non smoking room, etc. On my last visit I was being put to 3rd floor that is a “flexible floor” so you can smoke or not smoke there. But let me tell you, this floor smells cigarettes! I had to return downstairs, request to change the room, wait for the room to be ready and waste my time for unnecessary incident. If the management can create a system to keep each and every customer profile inside, it would save time and energy for both parties.

All good except for the resto. The breakfast menus are less varieties. Salt and pepper are not provided at the table.

Spacious room and clean. Stayed at room 722. The only downside was the reversely placed shower knobs and the hot water was too cold for my liking.
