The hotel staffs are friendly, breakfast menu is great, several traditional/local and western menu are delicious. We find check in process and room service is quick and helpful. The hotel location is next to car free day area which has a lot of attraction.

The room was clean with enough amenities. But the water was a bit too little for a room that's enough for a family of 4. We only got 2 x 150 ml of water, while normally, in other hotels with similar room arrangements, we got 2 x 300 ml of water. Also, we chose a non-smoking floor, but we could smell smoke all over the corridor, and a bit in our room. Lastly, there were a lof of selections for the breakfast and they tasted good. But some foods were served outdoor and there were too many people smoking. And since the swimming pool was also located close to that smoking area, we as a family with 2 kids couldn't enjoy swimming there due to the smoke.

Comfy room, variative breakfast, strategic location, good staff, fast checkin and checkout. I thought the room was comfy and clean unfortunately its not really soundproof since I can hear the kids voice over hallway but it’s okay. Definitely comeback to novotel. Thankyou

Best place to stay with current promo rate. Compare with another 4 stars hotel in solo, Novotel had cheapest price. My fav menu while breakfast is nasi goreng, the truly another level of taste.
