Poor management

I booked through the app and paid in full using my CC. I also received email confirmation that the bills already paid and no balance to pay to the hotel. But when I came to the hotel to check in. The reception claimed they hadnt received the payment. So we had a brief conversation about it

Good location but desperate for upgrade

Hotel is relatively nice with acceptable facilities. However room I’ve stayed is in desperate needs for upgrade especially bathroom. The conditions as if I am staying in 2 star or worst hotel.
