I’ve been staying for 5 night.. it’s one of the best hotel I’ve stayed.. the breakfast service was superb from Alzura. Thanks to him, he made everything easier and provide what we needed without me asking.. as he already knew what we need every morning like a cup of coffee and even our coffee order.

I was arrived at the hotel around 3 PM. I depart from bandung by train. However, something shocking me where the room was not ready yet. I have to wait for more than 30 minutes. Its really mu first time to have this experience. The room is quite good, however need to regularly check the AC condition. Since it was not cool and the fan was too noisy. The menu during the breakfast is really need to improve. Compare to the other ibis styles that i ever stay, i have to say that this is the worse. Some of the main course is cold, not even warm. The taste is the biggest issue.
