First time in Solo, hadn't check the location but turns out, it was in the middle of the town. Easy to go to anywhere especially viral places in Solo 😆. But the one that made it as one of the best hotel was its cleanliness, top notch!

The Hotel was located in very strategic location that is in the middle of the city. Room quality was good and worth as the value of the money. Have a average service and beverages variety for breakfast. But, hotel need to improve the parking system and communication to guest that arrive with a car. We spent 3 consecutive night without any day without issue during parking. 1st days I have to wait bit longer to go out with my car since there is a car block my car accesses, due to the security has to call the car owner, 2nd days I need to spend some time to find a parking place since no one told us the parking spot is full. And one of the nights when we were leave the hotel the entrance gate was closed and I have to walk to the reception to ask what to do. He just simple told me to enter by novotel gate. I can understand that hotel has limited parking space. So Hotel can inform us regarding the situation and announce if the parking space is full. And let us know if the e ntramce gate will closed at some hours during check in. My point is hotel has to improve communication to the guest especially in high season.
