I stayed in 349. The aircond was not cold. Didnt want to complain because I reached the room at 1 am and left by 7 am. Then two days earlier I stayed there also but forgot the room number. I think 1043. The shower wasn't working properly. Very small amount of water. In fact very very small amount. I manage to take bath using glass. While checking out I did say. But u can expect bthe typical answer would be we are sorry for your inconvenience. Hahahaha. Standard answer. I guess I got hit by lightning twice in same hotel. Bad experience for staying in alternative nights. Such a shame for a big name. The standard has gone down low but staff all were very friendly starting from security to receptionist and even server during breakfast. Pls maintain your hotel sir.

Check in time delay due to our room still on progress cleaning, many guest have waiting in the lobby, no porter at that time, food was serve with minimum staff thus make a long line just for taking 1 food, swimming pool was dirty, fish pool was empty

Get the convenience of adding rooms at the same rate even during long holidays with limitations of family room availability. A join facilities together with novotel is an addtional advantage for ibis style

the staff was very nice, helpful, and they're perfect. but i got a bad experience in my staycation. first, the room was hairbreadth. second, i changed my room because in the last room, the bathroom door was broken. but when we got a new room, the bathroom was bad too. the shower and sink faucet was broken. and from my experience, i think this hotel needs some improvement (or maybe redecoration/renovation) especially in elevator, ambience in the room, and parking area.

Good space in room with affordable price. We were provided with extra pillow. It's a nice touch. However, there is almost no difference in breakfast menu unless the main course. We stayed 4 nights but it's lack of variety. Overall, this is best with affordable price point.

Breakfast time need more early to starting, for example when I stay there I was check out at 5.30 am and the breakfast still not ready to start.
