Starred Hotel with uncomplete facilities

Surprisingly, the facilities of a star hotel were below standard. The room was standard, but there was a part at the bottom of the floor that was starting to crumble, and it was also not soundproof, so the commotion of the room's neighbors could be heard word by word from our room. Worse, the breakfast menu was too incomplete, at least for international-standard breakfasts. I felt forced to eat the local menu (It would have been better if I had gone outside the hotel to enjoy the local menu). There wasn't even cheese to complement the omelet, and the waffle topping was only a colorful mess that didn't match the level of the hotel. As an alternative, the hotel staff offered a vanilla pudding topping. Wow! The best thing I found is the swimming pool. But I think this is not a facility in Ibis because the swimming pool is in the Novotel.

We only stayed one night here, and the experience was a good one. Comfortable rooms, good service from the staff. There was a good spread for breakfast compared to other Ibis Styles hotels we've been to and shout out to service staff Nico, who served us very patiently and diligently. Well done to Nico and the rest of the team at Ibis Styles Solo! We will be back for a longer stay in future!
