I had a very good experience. All the staff were friendly. The chef and the restaurant staff were very nice, especially the girls who wear head coverings. Overall, everything was excellent. The reception staff were polite and welcoming, and I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Reach around 2.30pm, journey from Melaka. Thought to check in before lunch, smooth check in but the room without zircon after 20 min. Call front desk say will ask maintained guy to check.Wait for another 10min, maintenance guy come and check. After confirm say this room air con is malfunction. Inform front desk to changes room. Wait another 10 min, check in new room. Stay another 10 min in new room to check air con is working. After 10 min , confirm only have hot con, call to front desk again. say will send maintenance guy come and check. Wait another 10 min, maintenance guy come check and ask me to wait , he will bring ladder to check aircon filter. After checking say I need to change room. Again call to front desk, I'm so surprise I get this reply " IF YOU STILL NOT COMFORT WITH YOUR CURRENT ROOM, I WILL LET YOU CHANGE TO ANOTHER ROOM" WAIT ...... ITS MY PRoBLEM?? From 2.30pm check in until 5pm, I'm so hungry and because of the room , I even can have my lunch. Somehow front desk is accusing me create the problem. Hello , I'm your customer and I'm pay for my stay, your hotel having air con compreser trip last night is not my issue. You check in customer without proper checking, even the maintenance guy had confirm this 2 rooms is without air con circulation. Because of this matter, you are wasting my time . Novertel Taiping never give me such problem.

Ibis Style Sri Damansara will always be my overnight stay before long journey to the north. It is comfy, strategic location, and close to PLUS highway. The only drawback is the breakfast selections. Not much variety. Should add some more.

A big shoutout to Faisal, the Housekeeping Manager, for the warm welcome and professional service. Also, a special thank you to the polite receptionist with glasses who helped me on my final day. His sincerity and helpfulness while seeing me to my car left a lasting impression. He is a true asset to the Accor group.
