The hotel was amazing, the staff so helpful and friendly. Room service was the highest standard and serviced every day. The location was perfect and the price for what we experienced was incredible. One of the best city breaks we've ever had.

Not too impressed this time

I have stayed here many times but not too impressed on this occasion. I was given a room without a wardrobe, which really isn’t great for a 3 night stay. The room was big enough so really don’t understand why they couldn’t fit a small wardrobe in. Room cleaning could have been better.
