Ask if the employees are satisfied with their working conditions. Do you know, frustrated clients evaluate badly, independent of the real quality. I'm not frustrated. I evaluate your CEO who supports this kind of survey. Stop it ! Very nice IBIS, in beautiful surroundings, perfectly located for an overnight stay en route to our family. Very welcoming staff and good facilities, dinner and breakfast. Everything clean, comfy bed, lovely linens and a spacious room with tea and coffee available. Lovely big soft shower towels!!
