Surge price has been charged for a repeat Corporate customer, they initially denied Corporate booking & later gave room when I paid personally with double the tariff, even after repeated request.

As a valued repeat corporate guest, we truly appreciate your continued association with us. Unfortunately, due to exceptionally high occupancy on the day of your arrival, the allotted corporate rate inventory was fully sold out. As a result, only the best available rate was accessible in the system at that moment. We do acknowledge that the communication provided to you was not handled with the clarity and urgency it deserved, which led to further inconvenience, including the delay in confirming the room and the higher rate being charged despite your repeated requests. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to deliver. Once again, we regret the discomfort caused and thank you for your patience and understanding. Checkin took 30 mins at 2pm Checkout took 45 mins at 10:30am I am still awaiting invoice and there is error made asking me 58k instead of my booking amount of 52k, it is still unresolved after 4 days.

Though i have checked in online I have made to wait at counter for about 10 minutes. At checkout time also I have made to wait at counter for 15 minutes.
