As an Accor Plus member who has stayed at many of their properties—especially Pullman hotels—Pullman Ciawi is by far the best. It offers incredible value for money. I came here with a friend for a birthday trip, and the service was truly outstanding. A big thank you to the entire Pullman Ciawi team. Sandra, who assisted me during check-in, was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Nike at the restaurant and the chef at the egg station (I believe his name is Fauzi?) went above and beyond, checking in on me multiple times to make sure I received all the compliments and that everything was perfect. Lastly, during check-out, Dinda and Amalia were also very warm, efficient, and helpful. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be coming back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills was truly a refreshing escape from the city. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a calm atmosphere, beautiful greenery, and a sense of tranquility that instantly set the tone for a relaxing stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable—perfect for a family getaway. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches prepared for our kids, which made the experience feel more personal and warm. The facilities are excellent, from the pool to the kids’ area, all well-designed and enjoyable for both adults and children. The surrounding views of hills and fresh air make it even more special. Service-wise, the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. It really made a difference throughout our stay. Overall, a lovely place to unwind and spend quality time with family. Definitely looking forward to coming back again.
