I have stayed here many times (maybe dozens of times until I forget) and have never experienced any shortcomings, for me compared to all hotels in the Bogor-Puncak area, this is the best, all the staff are friendly and helpful, even always contacted a few days before the stay to ensure the needs during the stay and whether there are any special messages. Many thanks to Mr. Yosua and Ms. Amalia, Ms. Putri who have been regulars in helping me during my stay and always providing the best service. Also thank you for always being given a free upgrade to the suite as an Accor Diamond member. for the room is perfect and the food at breakfast or room service is all delicious, exceeding other five-star hotels. the facilities are also very complete from the swimming pool, steam, jacuzzi, everything is maintained in good condition. of course every time I have a short vacation I will come back here to stay.

I would like to thank the team for the sweet arrangement in my room, a nice amenities and room decoration prepared for me. Additionally, my room was upgraded to an Executive room which adding the experience I would give a 9/10 score for my whole stay, Just a few feedback regarding the room condition, The Minibar inside the room was not cold, and the AC was also not really cold But, the staff service of yours is a top notch, and really hope can be back to Pullman someday Thank you
