All the staff here were very helpful and friendly! I came here to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and they gave us a complimentary little birthday cake, which was really sweet. They also provided a free photoshoot with one physical photo, so we could have a little memory from our stay. 🥰
The only thing is, our room was quite far from the lobby, so you might get a little lost, haha. But the staff were always happy to help! I actually got lost when I was trying to find the Mad Cow restaurant because I couldn’t really find the signs. 😂
But overall, the room was nice, the staff were super friendly, the food was good, and the ambience was really nice. So overall, I’d give Pullman a 10/10! ❤️

We had another wonderful stay at Pullman Ciawi. Even though it was just for one night, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view.
The service was great from the beginning. Pak Yosua assisted us before our arrival, Mba Nabila was very helpful and explained everything clearly during check in, and Mba Deina from the Front Office was always there to assist us throughout our stay.
Everything was well taken care of, and we truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. We’ll definitely be coming back to Pullman Ciawi again!

Our recent stay at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills was once again a wonderful experience. The comfort, hospitality, and overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable.
