Back here again for the nth time — and it still feels just as good 🤍 The food is always amazing, with plenty of options that never disappoint. What truly keeps me coming back, though, is the hospitality. Every single staff member is warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind — plus, they’re very kids-friendly, which means a lot for me as a mom. The only thing that felt a bit off this time happened during breakfast. We came very early around 6 AM, and the place was still quite empty. We wanted to sit on the sofa area, but were told it wasn’t allowed since there were only two of us. It would’ve been nice to have a bit more flexibility, especially when the space wasn’t occupied yet. Overall, still a lovely stay and definitely a place I keep returning to

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Ciawi. The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. All the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Lutfia and Amalia from the Guest Relation team for their outstanding hospitality they made my stay feel very personal and comfortable. I also really appreciate Dea who assisted with arranging my room with pool access; everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Overall, I would rate my stay 10/10. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Staff were incredible. Overall a great experience, but I'm not certain I would stay at this resort again do to a lack of sleep.
