This was my first time experiencing such truly exceptional hospitality, and I must say I was genuinely touched. My 2-day stay at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort Spa & Convention became incredibly meaningful thanks to the heartfelt service from the team. A very special appreciation goes to Amalia from the GRO team. Her warmth, sincerity, and genuine care made our stay feel so personal and unforgettable. You can truly feel that her service comes from the heart. Together with her wonderful colleagues Dea and Lutfia, they created such a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel extremely valued as guests. I would gladly give a thousand thumbs up to them! I would also like to highlight Mr. Teja from Service, who ensured our sahur meal arrived perfectly on time. His friendliness and attentiveness truly made the experience even more pleasant. Another sincere thank you to Mr. Syahrul from Housekeeping, who made sure our room was always spotless, comfortable, and perfectly prepared throughout our stay. Located at the entrance of the Puncak area, this resort offers great convenience and versatility for travelers. There are plenty of activities available, making it an excellent choice for families traveling with kids. At the same time, couples can also enjoy a relaxing stay thanks to the resort’s pools and dining options. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Even though the property is surrounded by trees, the corridors were very well maintained—I didn’t notice any fallen leaves during our stay, which shows how well the resort is managed. Breakfast at Damar was another highlight. The spread offered a wide variety of choices, and almost all the food and beverages we tried were excellent. It was a great way to start the day.

I received a surprise from Pullman Vimala Hills with a two-level upgrade, from what was supposed to be a single level as an Accor Gold member. Another impressive aspect was the breakfast, which was even better than last year. I will definitely stay at Pullman Vimala Hills again next time.
