My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent two-night stay at the Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills. As platinum members, we were able to take advantage of various perks, including an early 1 PM check-in, a welcome drink and snacks at the Salak Bar & Lounge, and a room upgrade to an executive suite. The standout feature of our stay was the exceptional complimentary breakfast at the Damar Restaurant. The selection and quality of the dishes were outstanding, and we particularly savored the chef's daily "Le Platine" specials, which included delectable options like lobster with green beans and saikoro beef with potatoes. While the hotel doesn't have a dedicated executive lounge, the complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks at the Salak Bar & Lounge were a more than satisfactory alternative. We found this to be a cozy and inviting space to unwind. The staff at the Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills were the true highlight of our stay. From the helpful Guest Relations team to the attentive service at the Damar Restaurant, every interaction was marked by warmth, efficiency, and a genuine desire to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

Thank you to all the staff at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills for the excellent service provided, especially the Front Office team Ms. Stefanny, Ms. Dinda, and Mr. Eja also Mr. Alfian for accommodating us with a room that had a beautiful view. I would also like to extend my thanks to Mr. Aming and Ms. Selly from the restaurant team, who were very helpful in recommending their favorite menu items during breakfast.
