Stay here quite regularly and the hotel management and staff are fantastic, extremely efficient and very friendly. The hotel is great both fantastic rooms and views and the only downside is the bar at Bokan. Always difficult to get served at the bar, usually either not enough bar staff (plenty of table staff going around) or bar person making cocktails (which is great too see) but there should be others providing usual bar service to assist.

Absolutely loved my stay at Novotel Canary Whalf! The was situated on the 24th floor where the view is amazing. The room it’s self was stunning better than I envisioned so I was very impressed. The staff were very friendly and helpful as one member of staff helped me carry my luggage into the lift. The only downside to this location is parking as the hotel doesn’t have its own. You could park on neighbouring road (as I could see them and my car from my room) but it is “permit residence ONLY from Monday - Friday, so on the weekend you’re fine but there’s VERY few spaces.

I stayed for two nights - as a health worker building the nearby Nightingale Hospital. I arrived late to check in and hit the bed quickly without scrutinising the room and was dismayed to find the following morning that there was make up on the duvet, slippers out of the packet and rubbish in the bin: the room hadn't been cleaned. When I told reception the following morning they didn't seem too sorry - despite the focus on cleanliness at the moment due to COVID19. I'll avoid the hotel in future.

At Novotel London Canary Wharf, we take cleanliness very seriously, especially now because of COVID-19. The Head Housekeeper has been informed about what happened with your room and rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to prevent future occurrence. Let us apologise also for not being able to provide you with a hard copy of the invoice. Unfortunately the printer was out of service and we were struggling to get a technician visiting the site to fix it. Please let us know if you would like us to send you a hard copy via post. Once again, we are sorry that your stay was not satisfactory. Amazing !! Very professional, clean, fancy, elegant, room was beautiful, matching robes with my partner, beautifully decorated prepaid birthday balloons and cake! With the best view I have ever seen in my life especially at night it’s mesmerising and heavenly ! heated Swimming pool, Hotel room was a good temperature ! big tv (Samsung AirPlay), you get what you pay for nothing less !! Had a great stay here, the view was beautiful. The hotel is clean and well maintained, gym and pool was good. Pool is a little small to accommodate all guests (5 people in the pool is very crowded) and only had one chair by the pool and no towels. Staff weren’t exactly friendly, one staff at night wasn’t great as was blatantly reluctant to let me up the lift when I had forgotten my key card. Check in and out was quick. Overall would stay here again.

Our booking elsewhere let us down and we were consequently late for a concert we were meant to be at. The kind gentleman who booked us in upgraded us at no extra cost to help make up for our plight. Our rooms were excellent and the best hotel we've ever stayed in!

Booked for my wife's 30th birthday and absolutely loved our stay. rooftop bar was amazing staff were incredible view from room was sensational only bad point was there were quite a few stains on the carpet and a crack in ceiling right above shower head and the chez lounge chair was stained also real shame as like I say everything else was amazing

Well... There are a lot to say, but I should start with location: Best! Food was delicious, staff friendly and well trained, clean and quality furniture. I would like to add that whomever designed that restaurant, did an amazing job.The views are worth every penny, especially at night. Things that can be Imprpoved is the variety of the menu on food. Especially dinner meals. Also, thank you all for the wonderful experience.

The hotel is smart and modern, the room was clean and a really good. It was also accessible for wheelchair users with a huge bathroom door and the necessary handrails etc. The bar and restaurant on the top floors have a great view of London....next time we will come back in the summer to use the roof terrace!
