Both elevator cant be taken from ground floor due to some repairs needed which was not done for the while week of my stay. Had to take the stairs to first floor to use the elevator. Rooms are spacious, with good internet. Heater was not working in the first room we checked in but moved to another room with heater working properly. Breakfast is basic but good.

Nice facilities, warm rooms and lovely staff. The location was great, we walked into Paris every day and it would take 30 mins to get to Notre Dame, adore a walkable city. The Gare de Lyon station is close-by and was very easy to get to. We unfortunately had to make use of the nearby St Antoine emergency room but it was also great that it was so close to the hotel. Great amenities surrounding the hotel, top bars and restaurants, so much choice. The hotel itself felt very safe and secure and I would definitely stay here again. I love an aparthotel.

Stay for 12 days. Room temperature set in AC remote first 7 days at 21 max, after 23 max but real room temperature never went over 20.5 and it felt cold. I asked two times in the middle of the stay about shower drainage problems, nothing done until the end of our stay. On last four days the elevator will not start from ground floor, you have to take the stairs to first level and use the elevator from there. Not even an announcement about this, I heard from other tourist. Nothing change about the elevator in 4 days. One elevator was in some "out of order" state all 12 days, you can use it for going down but not for going up.

I’m a Accor gold member and I stay here with my family for 9 nights. We got the long stay rate and it was a good bargain. The rule is they will clean the apartment once every 7 days, but they were nice to placed the cleaning in the mid-point of our 9 day stay. The room for 4 is a 1-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and living room. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed so the apartment easily accommodates 4. There kitchen has an induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, plates and utensils. Having access to a functional kitchen gives the ability to cook occasionally in Paris as eating out daily can be expensive. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is clean. They provide hand soap and shampoo/body wash. But they didn’t have lotion. Which is okay because the location is near several supermarkets and 2 metro stations, it’s easy to pick up any items you need and get to many places. There’s also a little vending machine downstairs for tooth brushes, shaving kits, chargers etc which is very useful and a self-help washing machine and dryer. Overall, a very pleasant stay for a first timer in Paris!

I stayed in this hotel due to the excellent reviews. They were confirmed by myself. Very well located, close to many metro stations. Good restaurants, supermarkets and shops in the area. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The room is very comfortable. The kitchenette inside helps a lot. The neighbourhood is very quiet and nice. I really enjoyed my time there.
