We really enjoyed our stay. Great staff, very helpful and always available. Nice room. The breakfast was good and with many options. The Grand Mercure has many options around like good restaurants and bars and is very close to a nice Shopping Mall. We had a good time and we totally recommend it.

Great stay! The neighborhood is lovely, the hotel is very beautiful and the rooms are great, although not very big. Breakfast is great too. Second time I stay there and I've been very pleased both times!

Hotel in reform and precarious service

Hotel under renovation and poor service. Rooms with old furniture, smell of paint, no Le Club service at any time, should not have the Mercure brand, the only good thing is the location. Another option would be the Pullman hotel which is next to the Mercure.

From check in to check out, everything was perfectly harmonious. There was no problem anyway. Very enjoyable! Attentive staff, breakfast with lots of variety. Clean and equipped room. Fair price. Highly recommended!

Problems again at caesar Business Vila olimpis

It was 2nd time I went to this hotel and again had problem. At check in I had to change 3 times my room (going up and down in the elevator) because the hotel did not reserved the correct room that I've booked 2 months ago. Moreover, staff tried to say that I had booked the wrong room trying to put me in another one. I do not recommend to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is near a shopping mall, whcih helps in founding foods and also general shops. Located in a business area, is very quiet during the night making you rest much better. The hotel is clean, nice looking and also offer a gim whick is very good. I recommend.

Hotel offers great location, good service, clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, mall opposite the hotel and several dining options and leisure nearby. I spent two consecutive weekends and I am very pleased with the money the hotel, recommend and definitely stay there sometimes.

Easy access to location, staff is very professional, very attentive and kind, this makes difference. Good room and bathroom, frigobar and safe box. Although it is airplanes route, one's hear nothing, day or night.

In general the staff are friendly. The man anchorage of the breakfast, Francisco, gets top marks for his professionalism and cheery welcome. The location is excellent. The wi-fi, on the other hand is appalling. I have had to leave my room and go to the lobby to try and get a connection! Their accounts staff are slow, often forgetting to send the invoice and credit points to the Accor plan. I have had to remind them several times.

In the heart of the city

The hotel has an amazing location, near the JK Iguatemi and Vila Olímpia Malls, with a walking distance Starbucks. The place is awesome, with a huge piano lobby and good services. My only critic is with the parking area: the staff was never present to take the cars out or receive them back. A horrible thing when you are in a hurry. I haven't tried the breakfast buffet, but will have that opportunity on my next stay in January.

Do not meet expectations for the price

Stayed 5 nights in the 16th floor. Room was noise (service door at next door), the water smell very bad (better bring bottle water), very slow WIFI (the slowest ever experienced in Brazil), cheap amenities (better bring your shampoo). The only good thing is it is close to the shopping mall. It would be ok for $130 range but not for $200.

Good location; bad room

A very beautiful building, but the rooms are very poor, seem a hospital room. The bathroom it was good, but the rest of the room, it was very poor. Just a bed, without bed table. The room office furnitures are poor conserved. So, I expected a great and good room.

Extremely poor room facilities. None of the privileges of being an accorhotel member were at my disposal, and the management of the hotel was not even willing to give them despite all the brochures in the reception as part of accorhotels. Good hotel location. The gym is not really a gym but two corridors to run only.

Good hotel in the business area with an average-low service, no english speaking in the majority of the services. There's a lack of a swimming-pool in the hotel. There's a mall in front of the hotel in a safe area of the city.

Good breakfast buffet. Rooms equal to 3 star European Hotel (ok for Sao Paulo but not on an international Standard). Rooms are not noise insulated. Internet Connection quite slow. English knowledge of staff rather limited.

Reasonable stay but......

First hotel I ever stayed which do not provide complimentary tea/coffee and you have to pay R10 for .5 l of hot water (Room do not provide hot water flask). Other than this, the hotel is in safe area and rooms was reasonable. Stay for 8 nights. Would not recommended for future stay unless you get a excellent discount.

Stay Happy After various periods staying at this hotel, I realize that it has improved care. Still can not find my reservation at check-in, but this would be an isolated case of an official. The removal of vehicles from parking has improved, but has manage to stay attentive. Overall, the hotel was very well located, clean, comfortable and has a breakfast room actually really need the Gym increase size and upgrade their equipment, the cost-benefit relationship in can sometimes make the difference in hosting for this book in advance . Manages keep vigilant can improve even more! Congratulations

It's a good hotel for one or 2 nights, in a good location but mainly for business - the region has a lot of restaurants and a shopping center. It's good for executives that will spend the week there and need to have dinner around.
