Very lovely clean hotel, staff is very helpful when you need assistance. But seem to be short staffed trying to work the bar and front desk, although they are right next to each other, they never seemed to pay attention to those waiting for drinks or snacks. You had to keep saying excuse me can we get waited on

I was allowed to check-in early, because I'm a member, that was fantastic. Breakfast quality went down a notch, not terrible, but definitely not worth 18 Euros.
