We the M. family group plus close friends have been coming to Pullman Danang Beach Resort since around 2012, and are proud to call it our home away from home. We just love everything about the Pullman Danang Beach Resort, and cannot imagine not holidaying here at least once a year. The staff and service and environment are all delightful. Since then our family and close friends have chosen to return each year, with our group growing to 14 this year, and our time spent this year at the Pullman Danang Beach Resort, extending to 31 nights. We treat it like a “health resort”, and hope to increase our stays further in future years. We can't wait for 2027 to return. Thank you again to everybody at Pullman from the resort General Manager Aggy, the owner Madame Diep, guest services, office and reception staff, including Jenny, Lucy, Jamie, Thao, Jolie, Keung, and Hoai, the restaurant and breakfast staff including Van, Daisy, Thuy, Jennie, Nino, Ha, Chau and Kiet, the pool bar staff, led by Hoa, Dinh, Hien and Thien, the spa staff including Nhi, Hein, Phuong, Tram and Dung, and all the cleaning and maintenance staff. Service was good, save for at the coffee house when it seemed quite manic each morning. The tiled floors on the cooridoors and coffee house mean that its quite loud hearing people running, dragging luggage, housekeeping trolleys, evenwhile you are in the room. Room was generally comfortable, thankfully we could turn up the ac because the heat was diabolical and so put a damper on our stay. Admittedly I was surprised that there wasn’t really anything afforded to Accord group gold members, unless the fruit plate was meant to be it. Might consider a cooler time of the year to visit.

We were 2 families with kids. The location is so central, you can experience all what Da nang has to offer from Pullman. The beach access was fantastic too. The team is so professional. Be it from HK to Front Office to the great team at The Breakfast Restaurant. Accommodation was immaculately clean and the spacious room made us comfortable. Check in/out process was hassle free and was very professional. The F&B team at the breakfast was so efficient, including the Management team being present and inquiring our satisfaction. And has an amazing GM leading the team.

Staff always friendly, efficient and helpful. One of the best buffet breakfasts I have had. Pool and beach area perfect for a relaxing time and bar and Azure restaurant handy for a snack or lunch or dinner. Again the staff at Azure were excellent and Daisy especially so. Other restaurants were situated nearby and we had no difficulty with transport. Would definitely return.

Pullman Danang Beach Resort has top notch hospitality, a great location right at the beach and all the facilities and services you can wish for. Aside from the the staff helped me arrange excellent tours to the DMZ and Vin Moc tunnels as well as the site of the My Lai massacre. If you visit Da Nang I highly recommend taking those tours to experience some of the dramatic history of Vietnam.

Everything from the start to the end was perfect. We chose this location because of it being a beach resort and we love playing in the beach.
