We were treated like VIP's. The process of check in at Station 2 at the ground level of BaNaHills went smoothly and we were assisted to the gondola. Even on arrival we were met and brought to our Mercure check in. We were given a cup of delicious tea and then escorted to our room. The privilege Coco Chanel room was fabulous. lounge and toilet downstairs and bedroom bathroom and another toilet upstairs very clean with all amenities.

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the service I received during breakfast at your restaurant this morning. As a guest at a 4-star establishment, I expected a higher standard of attentiveness and efficiency. While preparing a bowl of Bibimbap, I found the kimchi tray empty. I requested assistance from a male staff member (steward), who asked me to wait for two minutes. After the time had passed, I followed up with another male staff member, who unfortunately ignored my request and walked away without a word. A female staff member then asked me to wait a bit longer. Finally, a staff member in an orange shirt approached me, at which point I expressed that the long wait had already ruined my appetite. This experience highlights a lack of attention to detail and poor communication among the staff. While this might be a rare occurrence, it is disappointing to be the guest who experiences such a lapse in service. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your food replenishment and staff training.

Everything went smoothly and we loved our stay at Bana Hills, it is definitely worth staying the night for the early morning cable car to Golden Bridge, the discounted cable car up to the hotel, skipping the long lines at other stations and for the buffet breakfast at the hotel which was top notch.
