Staff was amazing (especially the Concierge team). Professional check-in experience. Cable car was down, hence a bit of a walk to use the common cable car. Room was amazing! Housekeeping staff was nice as the rose petals stained the bed linens but was nice enough not to charge us.

It was an unbelievable Disneyland experience in Vietnam. We stayed overnight and every one was super helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean. The food was great. Glad we didn’t skip it as it is a little hard to get to.

Unique location but the Worst ALL experience
