The hotel is well set up and comform to live. The breakfast is not good enough, not much food to choose.

My wife and l stayed 8 nights and we had a great time. We were accorded the kindness and hospitality befitting a platinum member. Negatives: furniture and fittings in the bedroom look dated but clean and functional. The restaurant for breakfast is always crowded, some had to wait and consequently the staff appear overworked. jaded and unfriendly. Positives: Abound! Elsewhere everything is great especially the staff in the "privileged/club" room where breakfast and cocktails are served in the evenings. Special mention to Nguyen, Hong, Quynh, Ngan, Ngoc, Anh and Tran (front office concierge). Well done, Grand Mercure Danang!

I had a great time at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always assist with a smile. The location is convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants, downtown. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and i still choose Grand Mercure Danang for my next vacations.

Please note that we are Accor platinum members not that it should make a difference, but just that we have 90 plus nights in Accor hotels and never had such a horrible experience While checking out, when we asked for one glass for water , they outright just rejected it and said no water . Nothing more to be said , this just reflects the whole experience of our stay and the way they treat their guests
