We are deeply grateful for your constructive comment and would like to express my sincerest apologies about your inconvenience regarding room cleanliness which should be handled better. I have discussed at length with our team to understand there is any problem in your rooms and what actions we were taken to react professionally to any shortfall that may have taken place. I was found that the housekeeping staffs did clean your room on the second day, however they did not refill new box of shampoo. Please rest assured that your feedback has been shared to relevant department to review the process and prevent future occurrence. Kindly send us a notice if you plan to come again and we would do our best to recommend you the most fitting form of accommodation for your comfort.
