I had the chance to stay at Grand Mercure Danang for two nights with my friends, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The location is great, with a free shuttle bus to Han Market and the Beach, which made getting around very convenient. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the beach was stunning and well-maintained, and the food at the restaurants was delicious and reasonably priced. We chose this hotel because we were traveling with young children and needed family-friendly activities, and Grand Mercure Danang absolutely delivered. There’s a great entertainment area right on the Ground floor, a kids’ club, and a pool like a mini water park, which the kids loved. During our stay, I truly felt relaxed and well taken care of. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. We especially appreciated the kindness and support from everyone, as we were traveling with two little kids. Special thank you to the Huy the Concierge. He is just amazing, with all the recommendations and suggestions, he definitely made our stay more comfortable. Also, we had a lot of luggage and baby items, but he made everything so much easier. He was patient, helpful, and assisted us with organizing our belongings in the room. When we checked out, he once again helped with our luggage and sent us off with such warm wishes, which made us feel really happy. We are very grateful for the care we received, and the next time we return to Vietnam, we will definitely stay at Grand Mercure Danang again.

Due to high occupancy, the suite upgrade wasn’t available immediately, but Huy arranged a room change on the next day. He promised a smooth transition: pack up, enjoy the day, and return to a new room with our luggage already transferred. I was unsure, especially since he wouldn’t be working that day - but his notes and coordination made it flawless. As someone who teaches brand relationship and emotional connection in marketing, I often reference Susan Fournier’s Brand Relationship Theory, which emphasises that brands are not just transactional entities but relationship partners. Huy’s empathy, recognition, and proactive care exemplify this theory in practice. He didn’t just solve a problem - he deepened my emotional loyalty to Grand Mercure. In an age where AI and automation dominate marketing conversations, this experience reminds us that nothing replaces the human touch. Huy’s service was not only memorable - it was meaningful. We absolutely loved our stay at Grand Mercure Danang. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was always spotless, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, impeccably clean, and equipped with excellent amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. We would especially like to recognize Linh (restaurant staff) and Ngan (lounge staff), who took such great care of us during breakfast. They were always attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making every morning a pleasure. We would also like to thank the Concierge team, especially Huy - who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Whether it was arranging taxis, providing recommendations and information, or making sure everything was in order, he was always proactive, professional, and genuinely caring. In fact, every member of the staff contributed to making our stay exceptional. From the housekeeping team, maintenance staff, breakfast team, shuttle drivers, reception staff, concierge team, and the welcoming staff at the entrance who greeted us with a smile and helped us with our luggage, everyone was consistently kind, attentive, and eager to help. It is rare to find such a high level of hospitality across an entire hotel team, and it truly made all the difference in our experience. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Hotel location is good. The room is clean and quiet. There is shuttle bus that brought my family to Han market and beach.

I’ve stayed at Mercure Danang a few times now, and the team always makes me feel right at home! A huge shout-out to the Lounge staff for being so friendly and attentive throughout my stay. As a Platinum member, check-in on the 21st floor was super fast and easy, complete with welcome drinks to settle in. The hotel itself is showing its age a bit, but the top-notch service and hospitality more than make up for it. I'll definitely keep coming back!

My family and I stayed at the Grand Mercure Danang to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and what we experienced was so much more than a hotel stay, it became a memory we will cherish for the rest of our lives. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The room was beautifully decorated with a set of welcome amenities and thoughtful details that immediately made my wife feel celebrated. She was completely overwhelmed with emotion after she walked into the room. Seeing her so happy was priceless and it is a moment our family will never forget. The biggest reason this stay was so extraordinary was Huy (or Felix) from Concierge alongside his colleagues Trang the Manager and the entire team. Huy poured his heart into every detail. He carefully helped us select beautiful purple flowers and sunflowers, and even left us one of his poetry books. That was an incredibly heartfelt gesture touched us beyond words. It wasn’t just customer service it truly was genuine human kindness. Concierge team was just wonderful, helping to make everything seamless and making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. Together, they transformed what could have been a nice birthday into one of the most meaningful celebrations my wife has ever had. Beyond the incredible hospitality, the hotel itself is fantastic. The location is unbeatable, we were able to easily walk to the city center for shopping, which made the experience even more exciting. Everything about the hotel, from the beautiful property, comfortable rooms, cleanliness, and excellent service, was outstanding. But what truly sets the Grand Mercure Danang apart are the people who work there. They made us feel like family from the moment they opened the door for you. We travel often, but very few places leave a lasting imprint on your heart. This one did. If we return to Danang, it will be because of Huy and his colleagues. They reminded us that hospitality isn’t just about a beautiful hotel, it’s about making people feel seen, loved, and cared for. I thought the room was very comfortable and well appointed. however the shower drain was clogged and you can see stains on the wall which I am sure can be wiped out. I had to use a hard cupboard to dislodge a biscuit caught in the seat cushions.

Our stay at the Grand Mercure Danang was absolutely exceptional, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The room we stayed was beautiful. It was spacious, comfortable, immaculately presented, and offered stunning views that made our stay even more memorable. The Privilege Lounge was simply outstanding. The food, the atmosphere and the service were all exceptional, but the real highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the incredible staff. Mr. Huy or Felix (his nickname btw) from the Concierge, along with Ms. Hanh from Reception, provided the most wonderful service. Their warmth, kindness, professionalism and attention to detail made us feel truly special every single day. They are an absolute credit to the hotel, and I sincerely hope management recognises the outstanding work they do. We also met a chef working in the breakfast area whose name, unfortunately, I didn’t catch. His service was the best I have ever experienced in a restaurant. The quality of the food was extraordinary, and every dish was beautifully prepared. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, with an incredible selection of food and impeccable service. Location is also a highlight, close to Airport and City centre as well. They also have Shuttle service to go to several places like Han Market or the stunning My Khe beach. I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but what truly sets the Grand Mercure Danang apart is its people. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, attentive and genuinely passionate about making guests feel welcome. We have had the most amazing stay, and we are already looking forward to returning. Thank you to everyone at the Grand Mercure Danang for creating memories that we will cherish for a very long time.

Grand Mercure Danang had been on my wish list for a long time, and I’m pleased to say it exceeded my expectations. Set on the heart of Danang city, the hotel enjoys a spectacular location surrounded by stunning bridges, a beautiful beach and breathtaking views. It really does feel like a world away from everything. The hotel is on a small Green Island. If you’re feeling energetic, walking around the area is also a great way to keep fit while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a Deluxe room with River View, which was very much appreciated. The panoramic view made for a wonderful stay. The service was excellent throughout. The staff were genuinely friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. A special thank you to Huy, Guest Relations Officer, who kept a keen eye on my stay and made me feel genuinely valued throughout my visit. I’d also like to thank Ms. Trang and Ms. Thao, one is a Manager from Front Desk and one is the Manager of the Privilege Lounge, who regularly checked in to make sure everything was perfect. As a valued member of Accor, I can really felt their genuine care and attention to detail, which made an already wonderful stay even better. Privilege Lounge exceeded my expectations and was one of the highlights of my stay. The food was consistently good, the drinks selection was generous, and the lounge team created a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that made it a pleasure to return throughout the day. Breakfast at La Rive Gauche is also an experience not to be missed. Overall, this is one of the most unique hotels I’ve stayed at. The combination of spectacular scenery, an excellent Privilege Lounge and genuinely caring staff makes it a truly memorable destination. I would happily return.
