Of all Novotel you deserve the word premier, everything from arrival check-in to departing your property was very impressive and shower with Vietnamese hospitality. Only 1 issue that the water control for shower need to be alter to even temperature, all 3 rooms we had have the same problem few second of hot and few seconds later cold.

From the moment of checking in, the staffs were very sincere to assist guests. Even the gestures they make were very natural and flawless. The room was great too. It did have a good odor, clean bed sheet, organized bath amenities and towels.

I'm organizer of international events of Johnson&Johnson and chose Mercure among many reputable brands in Da Nang. The room is good, the food is qualified. but your service need to be improved. I checked in this hotel prior 2 days of event to make sure everything perfect, check everything out, especially technical preparation; but on the event date, many things happened made me disappointed, you changed the laptop that presented the video --> took much time to adjust; event participants had taken their seats; especially when the speaker changed and used their own laptops. You need to prepare many cables that suitable for many kinds of laptops (HDMI, Vega), somehow disapointed. Johnson always has plans to organize 3 big events in Da Nang with 200 -300 participants every year, this time i decided choose your services. Hope it can help for your improvement Best regards L. H.

Advantages. 1. Clean. 2. The staff are friendly. 3. The food is delicious. Disadvantages. 1. The air conditioner outdoor unit was so noisy that I had difficulty falling asleep. 2. Need explanation and usage of sauce (food). 3. When the language doesn't speak, the hotelfront needs a different way (ex: Google Translate) 4. It was inconvenient because the room does not have facing tables (2 people).

Thank you for all your helps and services! I have nothing to complaint about the services and nice staffs. Staying at your hotel for a long period makes me miss you all until now after I left. Specially I want to say thanks to chị Ngân, bạn Hoài, bạn Thư, bạn Tuyền, bạn Liên, bạn Tâm, bạn Vy, bạn Kiều Trang và bạn Chi for everything. Some people I don’t know their name but they did great jobs everyday. If possible, please help me to give thanks to the cooks, the laundry team, and the room service team. I hope that your hotel can have a way to encourage them when they made customers feel satisfied! Once again, I really hope the hotel soon can prepare some brighter rooms for some customers. I used your hotel lights quite long time so my eyes got worse after 6 months staying at your hotel. Please fix this soon. Thank you so much!!!

Stay was very good, but had to call to have my room serviced even though the light was left on for service. Room service items don't get removed from the hallway. (room next door had empty bag outside the door during my whole stay. Some improvements on the room service menu are required

This is my second time staying at the Grand Mercure Danang, and both times my experience was exceptional. While the rooms and facilities are great, it's the wonderful level of customer service that makes the hotel outstanding. From airport pickup to front desk check-in, the staff are truly welcoming from the first moment, and the hotel should be proud of their staff. But I'd like to give the highest praise to the people working in the Privilege Lounge, and in particular one woman whose name I believe is Haio. Her sense of real hospitality and genuine warmth are not qualities that can be trained for, they come from within. She's a credit to an already fine hotel.

I'm really satisfied with staying at Grand Mercure Da Nang Hotel. it's located near by Han river side. Price was quite cheap so we didn't have high expectations, but the room was spacious clean and well kept, breakfast was much better than we expected. View is quite nice . Breakfast service was really nice and lots of options to choose from. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I'll stay here with friends and family when I come back Da Nang in the next time.Will definitely come back again!
