The hotel is in good condition relatively. Comfortable bed, nice shower. However the housekeeping was not good. They didn't really clean my room daily. I had 1 tiny shampoo and conditioner for 3 days. I really needed more amenities, but housekeeping didn't provide. Also the time plan of housekeeping is horrible. They should clean the room when guests are not there. Not wait the whole day that guest come back to the room and then try to come clean the room!!!

I was found that the housekeeping staffs did clean your room on the second day, however they did not refill new box of shampoo. Far away from the city center but located in quiet and nice area. close to Helio and the Park. Hotel lobby is nice decor with flowers and nice cent. Nice welcome drink. Service is good in general except swimming pool. The pool itself is nice. But it looks not ready for operation. The staff there is not helpful do nothing. The pool chairs were not set up properly until we had to call them. Also No towels. The staff was just standing and seeing the sky. We had to look for the towels everywhere but nothing. The staff( one guy)ignored until we had to came to him and ask.

Great Adult Family holiday

I stayed 3 night at privilege room. All inclusive non-alcohol drinks service 6am to 10pm and 6pm -8pm alcohol & canape. But not enough information for the facility only simple explain when I checked in. However, breakfast menu change everday & PHO vietnamese beef soup is better than local restaurant. In room dining is over priced, if the price is reasonable, more people use the facility. Room size is small but clean. Overall, great gateway for adult holiday hotel.
