I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was satisfied with every aspect of the experience. While the property is not brand new, it has a classic charm that feels well maintained, comfortable, and welcoming rather than dated. The executive lounge was a real highlight. We had a great stay at Grand Mercure Danang. The staff treated us right, especially Mr Huy at the Concierge desk, who provided us with useful information and helped us browse the city with ease. In addition, the suite we had was spacious and spotless, making us feel very comfortable. Mr Huy also arranged the car for us to the Airport as well. So overall, this was a wonderful stay. Shout out to Mr Huy for the amazing work he is doing.
