We stayed at the Novotel Da Nang for six days in mid-December 2024 in one of the club suites, enjoying daily access to the premier lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and only 10 minutes from the iconic Dragon Bridge. While the accommodations and amenities were fantastic, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional customer service. The warm reception we received daily from the staff was a standout and a key reason we look forward to returning. Special mention goes to Rosa, who was simply lovely—always smiling, approachable, and patient while answering our questions and those of other guests. Nami also made our experience wonderful with her personable and attentive nature during the couple of days we interacted with her. This hotel has not only won us over with its facilities but also with its amazing staff. They made our stay special, and we will undoubtedly visit again!

I really have to commend the service and assistance given by Ms. Jennifer Pham, Guest Relations Supervisor. She communicated and assisted us prior to our arrival and helped us to ensure that we have the best experience in Novotel Danang, which we were able to experience. We really like our room and the view from our room and we also enjoyed the food in the Breakfast Buffet, they are truly the Vietnamese gastronomy experience. The rest of the staff are also very nice and accommodating. Definitely highly recommended.

I stayed in Premier floor on level 30, all units here have a holistic view over the city and river. It's breath taking and refreshing, I would also add that the accommodation is competitive and reasonably priced. It's strange power sockets were a scarcity in the room although it was quickly overcome after borrowing a multi-socket power stripe from the exec. lounge. Good service in Exec. lounge but food spread is a little short. Massage quality in hotel is not worth mentioning.

The stay at the hotel was truly memorable, and what made me most satisfied was the housekeeping service. Rooms are always clean, fragrant and cleaned on time. The staff is very professional, enthusiastic and always makes sure everything in the room is arranged neatly and neatly. I was very surprised when they paid attention to every little detail, like folding towels into beautiful shapes or placing drinking water right at the head of the bed. Every day when I return to my room, I always feel comfortable and at ease. The housekeeping service here really deserves a 10. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to everyone!
