We stayed here for 2 nights. The view of the river was beautifull. The staff is warm and well taken care of. The room is clean and featuring comfortable bedding. Hope I will have chance to comeback again in the future. Thank you very much!!! I love Da Nang

Memorable stay with wonderful staff

Was looking through some pictures of my recent trip to Da Nang earlier this year and realized that had forgotten to leave a review for the staff at Novotel - Da Nang. I owed it to them so I’m going to do that now. During my stay with family i interacted with various staff, from the front desk staff to room service staff to the supervisor at the Premier Lounge (29th floor) - everyone was extremely friendly, caring, sincere, and wonderful. Nguyen Minh Tu (yes, I wrote down his name) was room service/housekeeping? But he really went out of his way to make sure my family’s going and coming were as convenient and trouble free as possible (we have three younger kids!). A wonderful attitude and sincere help from staff like Tu really made our stay memorable and of course, we’d come back again and again (and also tell our friends to stay at Novotel). So… there… just wanted to share that if you want a nice, fresh, pleasant hotel stay in Da Nang, Novotel is the place to consider. Thanks, staff, and especially you, Tu!

We loved staying at the Novotel Han River, the staff were exceptional especially Mia at reception & Martin at concierge. The food was excellent, presented beautifully, compliments to the many chefs. The room was clean and although we chose a one bedroom suite with kitchen, so that we could have more room, it was small with a number of faults. To fit in the kitchen they have taken out the storage. Consequently the room wasn't any bigger than a normal room. There wasn't any drawers to unpack our case into, (plenty of room to put a chest of drawers in & the level of the safe in the wardrobe was too low for people of our age (in our seventies) having to get down on our knees each time we used it and there wasn't a full length mirror. I'm vain, as are many women and men so to check out my appearance wasn't possible. Sorry Novotel, we loved staying there, it was a great location but just not enough room for a 'Suite'.
