Great place, awesome spot! Dragon Bridge on one side and Han River on the other—you can't go wrong with either of those amazing views. I stayed at the Novotel Han River for 4 days and I'm super happy with my visit. Big shoutout to their hospitality, they were so warm and helpful with my requests. This place will definitely be a memorable part of my Danang trip.

Our family trip with my parents and children was wonderful, thanks to the spacious residence with separate rooms. The stunning Han River view made it the perfect space for a large family like ours to relax comfortably. However, I found the Afternoon Tea service on the first day quite disappointing. Due to an internal event, it was served in the 4th-floor restaurant instead of the Premier Lounge. The selection was limited to only three types of fruit and two types of cookies, and the single bakery item was not replenished in a timely manner. I suspect that the temporary change of venue led to these lapses in service management and quality control. On a more positive note, the Evening Cocktail the following day was excellent. We truly enjoyed the freshly prepared, warm savory dishes and the wide variety of beverages. While the room and the evening service were outstanding, I hope the hotel ensures that service standards remain consistent even when the venue is temporarily relocated.

Luxurious and well appointed 5 star hotel in Da Nang. We stayed at the executive level and had access to their Premier Lounge throughout. Service was impeccable with a smile at all times. Special mention for Manager Tino who knew his stuff intimately and could explain almost anything to us. Came into the lounge to check on us one afternoon when we just came back from lunch. Very nice. The view from our floor was fantastic (see pics attached). Breakfast at the lounge had a good selection of egg dishes to choose from plus pho or noodles. There also freshly squeezed juices, fruits cheese, bacon and sausages. Evening canapé and wine was very popular. We’d come back from dinner and enjoy a quiet moment in the lounge, pandered upon by attentive staff. Strongly recommended for business and vacation travellers.
