I had an excellent stay at Novotel Da Nang and genuinely have no complaints. From arrival to departure, the team made the stay feel very warm and welcoming. Everyone I met was friendly, smiling, and always ready to assist. The service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent, especially at the Premium Lounge, where the team really made a difference. Special mention to Nami and her friendly colleague, who were both very attentive, warm, and professional. Breakfast was also a highlight. The service was very good, the food quality was solid, and I appreciated that the menu rotated during my stay instead of feeling repetitive. There were also various dietary options available, which made breakfast easy and enjoyable. The room itself was very comfortable and well maintained. My Accor Platinum membership certainly helped enhance the experience, but even so, the overall standard of service and care was impressive. Housekeeping and turndown service were excellent, responsive, and always available whenever needed. The location was another plus point. I’m glad I chose this hotel instead of staying nearer to the beach, as the beach area seemed much busier. Novotel’s location felt more convenient and balanced, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to the city. Overall, this was a very pleasant and memorable stay. The warmth of the staff, the quality of service, the comfortable room, and the convenient location all made Novotel Da Nang a hotel I would happily return to and recommend.

Novotel Danang Premier Han River Novotel tower on the banks of the Han River, visible from afar with its name spelled out. Well located for visiting the city, not for the beach. Corner room on the 22nd floor. Large bay windows, impressive view. Balcony access was possible, though it seemed like it probably wasn’t meant to be allowed, given suicide-risk concerns. Modern decor. The wifi router hangs right over the bed with little lights that are way too bright at night! Breakfast room too noisy and crowded. Escaped to the lounge – more limited choice than the main room, but quiet. You can ask what’s available in the breakfast room, but you’d still need to know what’s there in the first place. Pool on the 4th floor. Fairly large, but nothing special. Paid yoga (1.2M dong) at 6am, in the gym room. Good.
