We enjoyed it overall but were disappointed the member lounge was out of action for a private function and this wasn’t communicated ahead of time (only at the door). The poor staff were constantly having to apologise. Not sure why a private function wasn’t held in a private function room?

We loved our 8 night stay . We were welcomed and given a very good introduction to the hotel by Tino. Accor status and explorer membership was recognised. We appreciated the rose petals and cake in our room to celebrate our anniversary and also the room upgrade. The club service and food and beverage offerings were great. We loved relaxing in there and the view was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to DaNang and will be recommending this hotel to our friends. This hotel offers great value for the price .
