We stayed in the serviced apartment and had a really comfortable experience overall. The corner unit was especially spacious, with a lovely view of the river, which we really enjoyed. The second suite was a little smaller (as it wasn’t a corner unit), but still clean and well-kept. The kitchen was practical and well-equipped with a washing machine, fridge, microwave, and all the basic utensils, which made the stay very easy. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the team—from concierge to the breakfast staff—were consistently warm and professional. Breakfast had a good spread, and we appreciated the variety of vegetarian options, which worked well for us as a Muslim family. The kids also really enjoyed the room service pizza—always a win. Kids enjoyed the pool and the hotel location made it easy to get around—right by the Han River, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and key spots nearby. Overall, a very easy, comfortable stay—we would happily return.

We met the hotel van pick up at airport on time and check in process were very smooth. The hotel staff are very profesional and provided best hospitality. Our room upgraded to Premier room. Location very central. Will stay here again on our next Danang trip.
