1. I was on a business trip to Danang. 2. Shortage of front desk staff made me wait 35 minutes to check in 3. Breakfast - 1st day I found Peanut butter. Second day onwards no peanut butter. 4. Coffee served was not piping hot and always came without a teaspoon. 5 Cereals were not crispy. 6. Room amenities - skin lotion not provided.

Regarding your feedback, we have double check and taken necessary actions following: 1. We have reviewed our manning and going to recruit more staff for Front Office to make sure this similar situation with not happen again which you had to wait for 35 minutes for the checking in. 2. Your breakfast experience: we’ve taken since then the necessary steps to ensure that our Square restaurant is properly manned and set up need to be consistent to make sure the quality of foods and service are remain as the standard. 3. Body lotion: we only set up in the Executive room, Suite room above and others room type upon requested. We have well note your preferences and we will make sure to set up for your room from the next visit accordingly. We sincerely hope that this experience will not impair your confidence to staying in Accor hotels in our region. Check-in was smooth and quick with a kind and caring. For instance, I needed to make a laundry for a couple of shirts but the express service could not return it on time (I arrived at the hotel quite late). So the receptionist offered to upgrade me to a studio room where there is a washing machine. They provided me with detergent also. Long story short, solutions and great service! Also, the room is very quiet despite the noisy streets, comfortable and well equipped. Thumbs up!

First time stay and was happy with the staffs. However I was put in one of a connecting rooms and it was vey noisy (could hear the other room's talking and laughing).

I saw play & stay deal in the elevator during my first stay. Booked thru email correspondence. Reservation team took care of my golf booking with Bana Hills golf and i stayed 2 nights comfortably.

We stayed at King Hung Vung's holiday with 5 familys, total 5 adults and 7 children. We rent such a big 3 rooms and 2rooms apartment and all service was excellent. The room is quite spacious so all of us satisfied each rooms. We used washing machines well as it has dry function so it was convenient. The location is also fantastic as it faces Han River. Every morning and night the landscape is amazing. Near this hotel, Famous pub , club and restaurants locates too.

I had travelled to Danang quite a number of times but had not stayed in Novotel Premier Han River until last week. The hotel has a good location in the center of the City with nice view to the river. Room amenities were good and sufficient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Value for money.

Terrible Breakfast

I have been Novotel Da Nang sevreal times before. However this time is very disappointment. When I had a breakfast, I ordered 'Bun Bo Hue' and chef served this food to my table. I found mysterious 'one thing', and I catched that it is 'cooked bug(exactly Fly). I called mater chef and complain this matter, and, after that I also claimed this issue to front desk. But, Breakfast dining still serve this menu(Even 'bug' was found cooked bun bo Hue soup), and front desk also any other feedback for me. Finally when I check out this hotel, I ask again to front desk. 'Why this issue happen, and why any other person don't explain this matter ?' but front desk also do not want to take a responsibility, just ask me again 'F&B team didn't reply yet? If you want call them, now call F&B team manager' I rejected their request and check out immediately. I have lots of experience at Accor chain hotel, but never happen kinds of this issue. FLY into soup.. Novotel is not street food bar..and not 1 star hotel. Please explain me route cause and counter measure.

neither of my pre-arrival requests were properly addressed/ satisfied. Staff members were generally nice but professional level was not up to the standard. Poor welcome amenities. Food didnt meet my expectation.

Limited Power Supply Socket in the room (2903)

I appreciate very much my room (2903) was upgraded but what surprised me was that the working table do not have an electrical supply Socket. When my computer battery runs out I have to stop working. In fact the whole room do not have electrical supply socket except at the coffee machine. That place is too small for working with computer.

My family has decided to stay in the two bedroom suite for three nights to celebrate their birthday in danang. The view is stunning with the spacious balcony, it is service apartment like including 2 room toilet and 1 washroom in living area. The service is incredible, as the trip mainly celebrates my parents birthday, a decent cake with some hams and cheese are prepared nicely. And some daily tea serving, very caring service and I would like to thank you everyone from the hotel for their hospitality. And we have breakfast included as well in square restaurant, food is alright, variety is satisfying yet the taste is fine, not really impressive, the music is cool though along with the great morning view!

This is my first stay at Novotel Danang and i would say, average upon check in though i was at executive floor, i am impressed however by the Assistant Manager Miss LOAN as she been very helpful and i appreciate her professionalism and hospitality during our stay; she is the right example to show how you should be taken care of even other members of the hotel were not able to help; in short though these were small issues but she has shown how to serve clients the best she could. I shall be back to this hotel if i come back to Danang in future. Thank you, Loan.

I rarely write a review, but this is definitely an exception. From the moment we were picked up from the airport, we felt very welcome. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The room had amazing view, the service was exceptional in every way especially at the lounge, and the breakfast very much exceeded expectation. By far, the best Novotel we have ever stayed with. Warmest regards to GM Christophe Pairaud and all the staff at the lounge. Can't wait to return!
