Impeccable guest service. Special thanks to Martin, Tin, Cuong, Luccie for making our stay fabulous. Fantastic views of Han River. Comfortable pillows and beds, well lit bathrooms. Sumptuous and wide selection at breakfast. Well-equipped gym and incredible massage at the spa. Therapist Nguyet was very skilled and provided best massage ever.

Great views of the Han river from the room and the lounge. It was raining while we were there, and the weather a little cold, but the great service and the warmth and friendly attitude of Lucien, Nami and Amy made the stay warm and nice. Dan from the concierge was very helpful in arranging our Bana hill visit.

I stayed at this hotel for over a month. The hotel staff always went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was consistently well-balanced and diverse. The gym had a good selection of exercise equipment. If the hotel is remodeled, the rooms could be enhanced to provide an even better experience.
