Our stay in Novotel Premier Da Nang was very pleasant. The entire staff was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Special thanks to the bell man, Tung Dan, for assisting and guiding us well to the boat ride in the riverfront. He's very friendly and thoughtful. From check in procedure to food recommendations up to our last day, he gave excellent customer service. Overall, we enjoyed and definitely look forward to coming back. :)
