As a platinum member, the team in the premier lounge made my stay enjoyable. Full service everything! And best is that they remembered my preferences from my previous stays. Standout service from Ms. Ngan, she is an asset to the hotel and works with her team members to execute top level service. Will not hesitate to come back and recommend this hotel!

Stayed in two connecting rooms on a high floor which was convenient. Enjoyed access to the club lounge which offered excellent evening drinks and food. Breakfast was good but lacked proper coffee options. Enjoyed a swim in the pool which the kids liked. Location is convenient. One negative I will say are the lifts are the slowest I've encountered very long waits.
