Disappointing. Tried to charge us twice for parking as we wanted to go out that evening-this was never explained to us. Staff unhelpful. Rooms very basic (even for an Ibis!), restaurant floor flithy and looked like a kindergarten with all the colours and plastic chairs. Tea and coffee so bad we couldn't finish them-at least please filter your water for hot drinks.

Great location and view of Southbank. We had a Deluxe Corner Room - King Bed River View, for a couple its very small but adequate. The configuration is ordinary - there's nowhere to sit other than on the bed or a single chair at the desk. The desk should be relocated to foyer area and there should be comfortable chairs and an occasional table at the window. Restaurant and Bar is below average and needs updating and with far better dining and bar options nearby its best to dine and drink out. Otherwise, pleasant stay and staff were helpful.

good location, easy check in, Staff friendly and helpful. The room- temperature comfortable. Bed comfortable. Quiet. My whole bathroom flooded- water came out onto carpet on morning 1- which was not great at all- but this was fixed. The room was clean. The Hotel, in my opinion, needs a real refresh. The carpeted area in the reception is filthy and stained and the furniture also tired/old and not clean. There needs to be a bit of money spent in this reception space for patrons to feel like this is not a real budget hotel.

Handy to trains and buses as well as a short walk to South Bank, the hotel is very well located. My room was comfortable and although some corridor noise intruded occasionally, street noise (including from the rowdy pub next door) was not evident. Staff were efficient and helpful notwithstanding the usual interminable Accor check-in process.
