Good - great location with shopping centre right next door very handy. - room was fine - breakfast was nice Average - no toiletries provided, as someone travelling light this was disappointing for the price I paid. Bad - was charged an extra $15 on checkout for no reason. I paid online in full in April and I have attempted to email and call but can’t get through to anyone about this. I have no follow up invoice or reason for this charge. - staff are pretty unfriendly and not really making you feel welcomed or looked after.
