This hotel is ok if you are after the basic necessities. The rooms were small yet comfy. Bathrooms clean, basic. I was disappointed that there was no servicing in our 2 night stay. We had a drink and entree down at the restaurant, food was homemade tortilla chips and guacamole - nothing was homemade. I ordered this and 2 happy hour drinks and was charged more then I should have with the Accor discount - the manager resolved it the employee had no idea. Check in and out was easy and parking at uptown was fine.

The accommodation was pretty good, located well and easy to get around. You could walk to shops, food bars and a casino, which was pretty convenient. It was comfortable, clean and had great views. But what really stood out was the amazing customer service team.

Front counter got the floor wrong and had ego back to fix the lift cards. I asked if they still validated parking and they said yes. Ended up paying $84 for parking. They no longer validate.

A corner room had a beautiful view but the layout meant there was wasted space that could not be used. Also there was only one chair ( to be fair there really wasn’t room for one more).
